Let me first just state how amazingly decorated the interior of the space is. I didn't even feel like I was in an auto shop with how comfy the seating was and the free amenities such as the coffee. It was very clean and not loud. I called the day prior and asked if they had an early opening for a windshield replacement - They immediately scheduled me for the following morning. Now, I will say that I went to their main site the first time, it's pretty typical given how close in proximity they are. Anyways, I was out within an hour and a half. The windshield was a beauty and the guy I had was very thorough in telling me about aftercare tips; no power wash for 24 hours for example. Everyone was very friendly and professional. And the price was reasonably expected - $305!

Highly recommend.....I called them at 4:50pm, asked what was the soonest they could change my sons windshield. After getting the info needed about the vehicle and location they set appointment for the next day, showed up 1/2 hour early and completed the job in about 40 minutes. and at $100.00 less than competition. Highly recommend this business. Service: Auto windshield replacement

One always hates to replace a windshield, but road hazards happen. When my windshield cracked, and kept cracking, I brought my car to Bonnell's Auto Glass by appointment. This was my first experience with this shop. It was clean and bright and gave every advance indication that my car was in professional hands. The service confirmed this impression: in 1 1/2 hours (allowing time for sealant/adhesives to dry) I was back on the road with a gleaming new windshield. They provide complimentary liquid refreshment while waiting. Service: Auto windshield replacement

Took my car when I arrived, installed new windshield in about 1 1/2 hours like it was estimated. However I choose Bonnells from my Insurance company because they could do the replacement and supply PA inspection and emissions stickers. When I left I found out they didn't replace my stickers, just told me what I owed and not to pressure wash the car for 24hours. Later on I went to wash bird poop off and my washer fluid wouldn't come out,I looked under the hood after I call them for a technician which apparently they weren't there, they didn't hook it back up, which I was able to. GREAT windshield replacement..service was so ao..overall was disappointed. Service: Auto windshield replacement

That said they weren't rude and I don't have anything bad to say about their work because I went somewhere else

They did a great job replacing the windshield while I waited in their comfortable waiting area. It took less than an hour! And to top it off they hand washed the van before I left! Several small things added up to a very good experience- Anne was very helpful with giving us insurance information, the technician even backed my van in a parking place making it easier for me to get out and they even offered to come to our house to replace the windshield there. They guarantee their work for as long as we own the vehicle. We were extremely pleased with our experience at Bonnells!
