Absolutely the best service I’ve ever had from the three ladies working on Friday the 13th! We had a little bit of a mixup but they had me come in the lobby and they fixed everything for me and they were so apologetic and the sweetest ladies I’ve ever met in my entire life and when it comes to any Dairy Queen I’ll be recommending Grove city Dairy Queen out of all of them because of how kind they really are! Just saying Dairy Queen but they deserve a raise! ( The three women that work Friday, 13 May 2022 at 12:25pm!)

Terrible place. Poorly managed. With little care for customers when having customers them lined up out into traffic. Which can easily turn into a law suit. And also the medium on the Main St is not a drive through. Our for parking.

Don’t go to this Dairy queen me an my family visited this DQ on free cone day 3/21/22 an we ordered 3 cones add sprinkles an yes I was aware I had to pay for the sprinkles the sign said .59 cent the lady said my total was 2$ so I asked about it at the window that it said.59 for sprinkles an the girl had a whole melt down an then handed me a ice cream cone with no sprinkles an I said where are the sprinkles an then another girl come over an said if you have an attitude you can leave then she screams at me an slams the window closed an I refused to leave the drive thru until she refunded my 2$ so I left this DQ an went to Mercer an they gave me the free one an did not charge me but .64cents for the sprinkles on all three cones talk about price gouging that’s messed up talk about swindling ppl if I could give a 0 I would for stars screw you grove city DQ!!!!!!! An the lady that screamed at me I hope you feel better an ppl love this review I bet your boss likes it!!!!😡great experience here!!!! I make more $ then you 2 in one hour then you do in 2 days

This Dairy Queen never gives the correct quantity in the blizzards. I just bought a large Reese’s peanut butter blizzard and it was vanilla ice cream with a few specs of candies. I usually try to go to the Mercer Dairy Queen because I know I won’t be satisfied with Grove City’s. However, when you are in town and want some ice cream it’s easier to stop. I should have went back around and asked for it up be re made , but I just took it home and put more Reese’s in it. So disappointed with grove city dq
