Stay far far far away!!!! This place is horrible. I spent $1800 on a system, they promised a lifetime warranty, not long after, their wiring blew my drivers side window motor. I went to them, showed them what the mechanics said (diagnosis) proving to them their wiring was off, the cut the main harness amping other things, they denied anything was done wrong. Took my Camaro to Chevy, who agreed with the diagnosis from Pep Boys. Again, showed Audio FX, they continued to deny their shotty service. I spent $700 replacing the motor and the switch, and truly regret taking my car here. before all the issues I recommended them to 3 friends and they screwed up there wiring too. They are extremely rude. STAY AWAY

Been cheated. Have given him a lot of work and on last job he cheated me. He put a replacement antenna on my E30 because original antenna was broken. There was a noticeable hiss however when playing the radio. I took vehicle back and then he put some ground or some other filter to suppress it. Hiss remained. Then he blamed radio stations for the hiss. We are in Atlanta!! We are not in the rural boonies! With no recourse I told him to remove the antenna and refund me. He refused. I would have been better off giving my business to corporate America like Best Buy. So much for giving business to a local guy. Do Not Go to AudiFX

We highly recommend Audio FX. I called before I came, got a quote, made appointment, and then we dropped our car off the evening before. My son traded cars with a family member, and he wanted his upgraded radio installed in a 2013 Altima. We were offered the opportunity to sit and wait, but, being a teacher, I needed to drop it off the night before. The staff was flexible and locked the car in their shop that evening. During the install, they kept me up to date and even hooked up his back up camera and steering wheel audio controls. Highly recommend. Love the warranty. Have recommended and we will be back.

Had an appointment for 330. 2 hrs later they just started it. I would of left if I knew they weren't working on it. Another hour later the said I had the wrong harness. Lol. He said he would bypass the factory amps. Now its 650 and hes still not done. 😡 Should of did it my self. This is what 80$ gets you unprofessional work. And hack up a 90$ wiring harness they said was wrong. Went to another place and they explained to me it was the right one but it's to hacked up to use. 2 days later my sound on my radio went out
