I visited this location on Friday, July 8th about a question regarding a/the fuse to my radio. I advised the technician that I'd discovered via youtube that a fuse existed behind the radio unit. I asked the technician to take the unit out and check this fuse to determine if this is why the "display" window was out on my radio. I was advised that a diagnosis would cost $90.00 and applied towards repair if I elected to repair after diagnosis. After leaving my car and returning approximately 45 minutes later, the technician advised that my radio did not work and it was my radio unit not a fuse. What I didn't tell the technician prior was that the radio DOES work (something they would have discovered had they turned it on) and only the display is out. When I shared this information after he shared his diagnosis, he looked surprised and said, "Okay, we'll look further into it." Disappointed I called the owner and advised of this incident. The owner became defensive...rather than hear me, however he agreed not to charge me. ##BewareYourVisitIsNotAScam #FactCheck

I upgraded the system in my 2020 Nissan Maxima. The manager was extremely helpful and walked me through what I would need to make it a reality. I brought my own Skar equipment in and did an awesome job on the install. It's been about a month since the upgrade and can't be more pleased with the way my system sounds. They will definitely be helping me on me new project

Very helpful people. They fixed an issue with my sound system that two other shops were not able to fix. And that's because they just wanted enough to find a solution instead of making a sale.

Took my car there for window tint, I left the car there for 2hrs when they called me to come pickup the car I noticed they had my cars hood open. Apparently they took my car for a joyride and snapped a shifter cable clamp which they were trying to fix. They didn't tell me about it and let me drive home when I noticed that car wouldn't go on 1st or 2nd gear....This is very unprofessional to do this to a customer car...I would never trust my car there. Absolutely the worst place to take your car at.

The first time I was quoted a price over the phone came there and needed a few adapters for my screen stereo, the price almost doubled. I was told over the phone it would take a few hours ,took longer. Came back the second time to get my two front windows tinted, this time I paid the price I was quoted, while I was standing there the customer ahead of me had a conversation just like what I’m reading that he was quoted one price over the phone and they were trying to charge him almost $100 more. Again I was told the job could be done in two hours almost took four hours. The same representative gave me the same excuse, you can’t rush this stuff. I was going to have my son come here to tint all of his car windows but I’m kind of sketchy about the place now.

One of the owners went back and got his money back so he can get it done correctly. The other vehicle that had the Stereo installed, was not done all the way. Took it back because radio wasn't working. Was told that it might just be the antenna and was told we could be sold a FM booster for it to work correctly. My business partner went home, opened it up and found that the adapter wasn't attached to the antenna. He brought it back again and the owner of Digital Car, Steve, said that it looked broken, not disconnected. He argued with our guys about how it was installed and said he would fix it and to give him an hour. He left, but we didn't hear from him for another 2 hours . This was the worst experience ever.

Got a speaker box & amp hooked up that I already had, was quoted one price over the phone, and went to pick car up it was a different price, much higher than I expected close to $400, and the guy that I guess run this location and gave me the quote was no where to be found. Work was clean, but they are pricey, and I think you can get better pricing elsewhere. Won't ever use again.
