Shame , I try to communicate with the pharmacist about my mom’s medicines . They made us wait more than one week to delivery her medicines even told us they are going to delivery on certain day but she did not receive them . Very poor services. Not happy at all

I sat here reading the reviews. I only have good to say about this CVS. From the front end to the pharmacy. I have always been treated with respect. The front end always greets. They always ask me if I need any help The pharmacy is professional respectful and very knowledgeable .

Pharmacist there gave me a hard time because I wanted to fill an RX 2 days early because I was going away for the Thanksgiving Holiday. He refused to fill it and told me I would need a prior authorization from my insurance company and a personal call from my MD. He was rude, condescending, and on a total power trip. Won’t be getting my business again!

SIMPLY THE BEST! PERSONAL SERVICE.......Kind, caring professionals that truly want to help you feel better ASAP and go out of their way to make sure your insurance covers your script. The staff is friendly, smart and helpful. The store aspect is fabulous- the HBA variety is outstanding and their sales/prices are wonderful! I love this store!!!!! The BEST!

Looks rundown which is a turnoff but my major complaint is with the pharmacy for outright rejecting my script request because it was out of state which was only temporary as I had just moved back to the area and already in the process of transferring my medical records and awaiting for the initial appointment I had scheduled with my specialist. I felt casually disregarded by this and would never feel comfortable going here on a regular basis knowing that they could so easily ignore the medical needs of their customers.

The clerk/cashier Geanina is very rude and has difficult time how to work with the computer. Her idea was to come a different time despite that outside was 1F degree. I insisted to try one more time for the transaction and she started to roll her eyes and started to take care of another customer and on a rude attitude told me to wait !!! Horrible customer service and rude!!!

I absolutely hate this particular store. The 2 miserable shrews that work during the daytime are the absolute worst. They are SOOOOOO rude & miserable & often treat me and others like dirt. They often accuse me of "double dipping" on the extraBux-- especially for the free item coupons specifically when CVS brand paper towels are free. What these rude hags don't know is that I very often giveaway these papers to the local animal shelters in Pike county (humane society)... So please note the b!tches that work dayshift, including the manager, don't know anything, give me a hard time for NO REASON and apparently frown upon people doing charity work at a multi- BILLION dollar companies' expense. Cvs is pure evil, but this location is the worst I've ****ever, ever**** been to in the entire US of A.
