Can you email me a picture of what the flowers looked like? I was happy that the order seemed to go smoothly but i was not able to see what you delivered and i do not know if it was a good value or a good product. This was for a funeral that i was not able to attend.

I can't say enough good about this florist. The staff is always helpful and courteous and their creations are truly amazing. Been going here for years and never once have I been disappointed. Great overall experience!!

Used to order from these people for years until they dropped off $80 flowers on the porch during a windy rainstorm and my mother came home to flowers strewn and destroyed all over the front yard. When you're leaving your shop with the overpriced flowers, and there's a rain storm, your years in business wouldn't tell you to bring a box or something to cover the flowers in case someone doesn't answer a door? Provided feedback to the owner, no response. If you don't care, I don't care. Will spend my money elsewhere. Suggest others do the same.

Wanted local flowers for my mom and Shearers had great reviews so I went with them. They did not disappoint. Easy browsing on the website, easy check out, and very affordable delivery especially for Mother’s Day. And of course the product was amazing. My mom was so happy with the flowers and basket. New go to for moms flowers.

A death in the family is not an excuse for poor customer service. I ordered a $200 bouquet of two dozen roses and instead they delivered 2 one-dozen bouquets, hours apart, which were poorly arranged with the baby's-breath shoved in the middle in a clump. Obviously a two dozen bouquet is a much more spectacular statement than two one dozen bouquets but the manager thinks that because it cost her the same and the total number of roses is the same, it should be good enough. Instead of offering a courtesy of a refund such as 20% or a coupon for future orders she argued and gave excuses about the error, saying her apology should be good enough. When I made it clear that I wanted more than just an apology, she snidely offered to go take back the bouquets and deliver a new one. Ridiculous attitude! Sending flowers is about the impression you make on the receiver. Using this florist sends an impression of inelegant, tacky, trashy carelessness.

I live two states away from my mom. I've tried all the national chains and there were always issues delivering to her. Shearer's did the flowers for my dad's funeral and I've used them ever since. I no longer worry about whether or not my mom's flowers are going to get to her. They are the best!

I just called to inquire about a floral arrangement and the woman on the phone was very rude and cut me off to tell me she didn't have the flowers I wanted and then ubruptly hung up the phone before I could even respond. I understand they may be very busy but customer service goes a long way. After looking at other reviews I see this is common practice for Shearers Florist. I won't be supporting a business like that. There are MUCH better florists (Cremer) in Hanover. **Adding this reply to their comment below. That is a complete lie unless you have me mixed up with someone else lol the only words that came from you were that you didn't have the flowers I wanted and hung up before I could even reply. You can make up whatever story fits your narrative but I won't ever be shopping here. There are a lot of other reviews of similar experiences with you.

The flowers for my Halloween wedding in 2020 were more beautiful than I could have imagined! My bouquet was a massive show stopper that cascaded all the way to the floor! Every flower stunning and the colors so perfect! Exactly what I asked for! We had a small wedding due to Covid, but the effort from Shearer's Florist was anything but small. They went above and beyond to make our special day gorgeous.
