I am in New Zealand and Mum is in Harleysville. My Mother is a legend in her own time for flowers and design; better to buy her anything but never buy flowers. I lashed out and bucked the family trend to say, thank you. I have been called and told how much she loves the simplicity of the application and how wonderfully fresh the blooms are. This is the first time in my 66 years I have sent her flowers and received rave reviews. Thank you to the team at Chantilly, this will not be my last remote purchase.

BEST place for an amazing arrangement!! I couldn’t have been more happy with the arrangement, quality of flowers and the reasonable cost. I ordered over the phone with Peg (I believe). She was so pleasant and easy to work with and was so quick. When I picked up the arrangement, it was modern, full, simply gorgeous, better than I envisioned. I was pleasantly surprised there was this really cute boutique with high end handbags, clothes and jewelry. I must come back for a few unique gifts. The ladies at Chantilly in Harleysville are wonderful, you won’t be disappointed!! I just ordered my valentines flowers and I can’t wait to see them!

After spending over $200 for roses on Valentines day, I was disappointed in the quality of the arrangement and the freshness of the roses. I ordered the arrangement a whole two weeks before Valentines day and when I arrived to pick them up I had to wait for 15 minutes before the store personnel could hand them to me. After arriving home (2 minute drive), I removed the packing and noticed how poorly they were arranged (looked as if they were quickly thrown together). Having to wait for the arrangement, I suspect 15 minutes was enough time for them to hastily throw together the arrangement and package them. Additionally, the roses began to wither quickly within a day. I’m sorry, but this is the truth.

Friendly service and beautiful flowers. I called to have flowers delivered locally and they made a beautiful arrangement and was able to deliver them that afternoon. I will say that I think the delivery charge is a little too pricey (~$15) for being right down the street but other than that, I couldn't be happier.

Wonderful flower arrangements! I recently ordered a funeral spray for a family member and it was beautiful! Several attendees even commented to me about it. It was delivered on time even though I called a little late the day before (I needed it next day morning) and the staff was super nice and made everything painless which I really appreciated dealing with the death of a family member. AND it was affordable, much less than their competitors in the general area for something comparable! Overall just a great experience!

I will continue the 5 star streak! I placed an order online just before closing on Friday and called to ensure my delivery would be good to go on Saturday and not only did they confirm a prompt delivery but they put extra care into preparing the flowers for my little girls princes birthday. She has always been daddies little princess and even thought I couldn't make it to her birthday they helped me show her how a true princess should be treated on on her birthday. The care they put in to her bouquet puts them far above any florist I have ever used!!!

I was sent flowers from Chantilly's and they are just lovely! They were hand delivered in a gorgeous vase and are still very fragrant and lovely after 5 days! Highly recommend if you want to be sure you're going to get good quality flowers!
