I had a great experience at this Loft. Sharon was so very helpful with all the clothes, she really has fashion sense! I needed an entire new wardrobe needless to say I received the help/great deals too. It was a very busy day for the employees but they really gave me the help I needed. Kierstyn helped me with ordering items, purchasing clothes and even opened a credit card. She was super fast. I will be back to this store because the great customer service from the employees, great quality products and the availability of clothes in my size. Thank you so much I will see you soon.

If I could leave zero stars for this store, I would. Today I went shopping with my girlfriend and as she’s looking at a clothing rack, an old lady who works there told her that petite is not her size and calling her “fat”.....she’s 8 months pregnant! She walked out of that store in tears because of the old hag. She was just trying to find clothes for post pregnancy that would make her feel good but instead this woman had to comment on her appearance making her feel even worse!

I used to really like this place. The quality of their clothing has changed and not for the better. The last few things I bought here I returned. Their sizes are not consistent either. Disappointing.
