Best shoe store in Troy, Michigan (MI) 2025

I had a great experience at this Loft. Sharon was so very helpful with all the clothes, she really has fashion sense! I needed an entire new wardrobe needless to say I received the help/great deals too. It was a very busy day for the employees but they really gave me the help I needed. Kierstyn helped me with ordering items, purchasing clothes and even opened a credit card. She was super fast. I will be back to this store because the great customer service from the employees, great quality products and the availability of clothes in my size. Thank you so much I will see you soon. ~Jewels
