From the first time I walked in and asked a ton of questions to designing the shed over a 2 week period, and then a very early delivery time, My wife and I could not be happier with all aspects of our shed. Everyone was so patient and professional with us. They even coordinated the delivery with the fence company that was installing a fence on the same day. The Shed is absolutely gorgeous!! It looks so much better than we thought it would be. I now want to use it as an office it is so nice. I purchased a shed from Wood Naturally and my experience was positive until delivery. The kid who delivery my shed dropped it off the back of the truck and crushed my AC unit! (see pics) There was about $5k in damage done and Wood Naturally refused to pay me. Their insurance company was of no help either. I went back and forth for awhile trying to resolve the issue but Jeff (I think he's the owner) wasn't reasonable. He sued me for the balance I owed on the shed. I have since paid him in full and still haven't received a penny from him or his insurance company for my loss. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WOOD NATURALLY - BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
