I wanted a large iced latte with brown sugar cinnamon sweetener, but they don’t have that as an option on their electronic menu. The first time I came, I told the lady (manager) and she just added it in. This time, I told the same lady I wanted that and she said she can do it, but this lady was doing drive thru and didn’t tell anybody. I got my large latte and it tasted like straight milk, not even coffee. I get there would be no flavoring because she told nobody, but there was almost no coffee. It was a white drink. Then, a teenage girl walks up to us wiping her nose and face with her hands asking us what’s wrong with the drink! No communication! Don’t tell me you can do something then not do it. Wouldn’t recommend this location. I’m throwing the drink out because of that girl picking at her face 👍🏼 They added my flavoring but didn’t remake the drink, so now it is flavored milk.

You can use the touchscreen that is covered in fingerprints and powdered stuff from the booger pickers of the unknown number of customers before me. I love Dunkin coffee! But this store never fails to mess up an order. Either they don't hear me right and I get a different drink then ordered. Or they don't make up the drinks consistently. I would say it's hit or miss, but its always been a miss.

The service worker said ' Sorry for the wait but it's just the 2 of us working' I would have been sorry for you if there were more than 3 people in line but there wasn't. The lobby was clean and so were the bathrooms. The tables out side have bird excretions all over them so don't plan on sitting there.

I never left a review before but this place is something else. Manager might literally be the dumbest person on the planet. We ordered 4 doughnuts and they gave us 3 different ones because they were “out”. If you’re out then tell us😐. The doughnuts literally looked like someone sat on them.
