We have had issues with Pinkerton's service department many times with my GMC truck, so we were very hesitant. He found every way to assist with my odd engine issue and took great care of me and my family while we were stranded in Lynchburg (Great town to be stranded in, by the way!). Tom (Shop Foreman) was also extremely helpful in taking care of my issue and didn't hesitate to get his team right on my truck to get us back on the road as fast as possible. These guys jumped on my issue and were super helpful and friendly the whole way as they worked to fit me in as my family and I were stuck between the college we picked my daughter up from (University of Georgia) and our home in Pennsylvania (500 miles away) with an engine issue that my 2021 Yukon was having. I can't say enough about how great these guys were and the entire team at Pinkerton!

I didn't have my Tahoe even 2 months before a deer ran out in front of me and wrecked my front! Took it to Pinkerton Collision Center to have it worked on. After I scheduled my appointment they said they would need to have it for about 4 days to get it fixed. I got a telephone call later in the day after I dropped it off and they let me know that more parts needed to be ordered. They were planning on getting it ready for me to pick up in 3 days. I got a text message that my repair was underway and it would be ready in 3 days. Then this afternoon I got a call that it was done.... a little more than 24 hours and she was done. The entire experience from check in to pick up was awesome. A+ Customer Service all the way!! Great job and thank you for taking care of my ride!! She looks awesome!!

Yesterday my sons car was stranded about 30 minutes from home with no oil cap. I contacted Pinkerton with less than 10 minutes to close. They stayed there several minutes past closing to allow me time to get there and purchase the oil cap to be able to get my sons car home. I cannot thank them enough! Grateful for businesses that care about their customers and go the extra mile to help! Thank you again!!

I looooooooove my brand new 22 Chevy Silverado Trail Boss! James Harbour worked with me and my budget and was able to give me the truck I truly desired and wanted even though I thought it wasn't possible. Everyone is super friendly and willing to work with you rather than against you and the inventory is top notch! Highly recommend.

We went to Pinkerton for a routine inspection and oil change on our Tahoe. We decided to walk around outside and just as we started down the drive they parked a beautiful brand new GMC Canyon. It caught our eye and we walked over to just peak at it for a minute (We had been looking and talking about a smaller truck for at least a year). A young salesman named Ernest came out and greeted us and then talked about the vehicle and opened it for us to get a closer look. We decided to test drive it but found that it was an order for someone else. Ernest said he could order the same truck it would just take time to get it due to the backlog since Covid. We said we would think about it. That same night they called to let us know the other person decided to not buy the vehicle. We closed the deal over the phone then went back the next day did the paper work and drove away in our new gorgeous truck. Ernest was amazing! He was kind and personable, not pushy and he took the time to explain all the gadgets. I would say our experience was A+. Thank you Ernest for being an amazing young man.
