What a gem of a place perfectly nestled in between Hershey and Palmyra. My mother and I checked out this local business from a recommendation of a friend who had a fantastic experience there. We took them some vintage jewelry pieces to see if they could refurbish and give new life to the gemstones making them wearable again. The staff at Leitzel's came up with some creative, one of a kind pieces custom made by their jeweler. We were even able to to trade the old metal to be used as store credit to help pay for our new treasures. We are simply ecstatic with the results and look forward to enjoying them for years to come and passing them on as family heirlooms in the future! Thank you, Colleen, Allison and Alexis!... This IS our new favorite place!

I've gone into Letizels Jewelry store several times and each time I've found the staff to be very helpful. What I especially like about the staff is how they don't try to push you into a sale. They don't follow you they let you look and browse. Their inventory is very good quality in my opinion. I was just in on Friday and Trevor waited on me. It was a very pleasant visit and I was able to get my ring guards and also the earrings that were advertised to benefit our community. We should try to support our small businesses and I can honestly say every experience in this store has been a pleasant one. Keep up the good work.

Lots of choices in Jewelry retail. Leitzel’s consistently delivers excellent value with a professional, yet warm, family environment. Ownership is regularly on site and every employee treats you with respect asking the questions necessary to find the right piece of jewelry for your occasion. If they do not have what you seek, they can get it. They are also a full service jeweler; not a mall kiosk. If you need a jewelry repair or a watch worked on, Leitzel’s can do it on site. Leitzel’s is the best jeweler in the area.

I’m in my mid-30s and it’s not like I’m buying jewelry everyday. Leitzel’s literally could not have been more helpful finding a gift for my girlfriend. I felt at ease and they were super knowledgeable. They’re legends in the area for a reason and it was a great experience.
