I visited this location on May 25,2018. The clerk was very ignorant and rude to me. I had an autographed framed Tiger Woods picture wrapped in bubble rap. The clerk said there wasn’t enough tape on the bubble wrap. He took priority mail tape and started to tape it. He stopped and told me that he wasn’t using all of his tape on it, and I had to buy my own. He charged me $3.49 for a small roll of tape. I asked if they had a box that I could buy to ship me package, he said no. I asked could I send it the least expensive way with tracking, he said no because he put priority mail tape on it and that’s the way he’s going to send it. I told him I didn’t tell him to put the tape on the package. He said too bad that he wasn’t taking it off. The person that purchased the Tiger Woods autographed picture informed me that she received it and the glass shattered. Because of the clerk at the post office I’m out of $264.94. I want to know who do I contact to file a complaint against this clerk?

They told me they're not a mailing service, and to call Middletown Post Office instead. Not cool.

I regularly visit this post office for work, and they are always courteous and helpful. There are certain times where I had no idea which service I needed and the staff has always been patient and helped me select the appropriate one.
