This location used to be good but must have changed management or owners. The last few times I have ordered from them it has been a horrible experience. Tonight, I ordered 32 wings and received some of the smallest wings I have ever seen in my life. Not only were the wings small, but they didn't bring any of the dipping sauces or cover the wings in any real amount of BBQ sauce. This will be the last time I order from this location or maybe even Papa Johns all together.

We stopped ordering delivery. Most of the wait times is over an hour if you can even order delivery. They have been hit hard with finding drivers. The last couple of times we ordered it seemed they changed their dough recipe, we are not a fan. No longer tastes fresh, more cardboard, rather save the money and buy frozen pizza.

This is about a Papa John's product specifically and not this location. I ordered 24 wings with my pizza on my last order. I received what were supposed to be the Papa John's wings but they must have come from mini-chickens. The wings were less than half the size of wings you can buy at any local wing's place or the deli at certain supermarkets. The price is horrendous for the size of the wings and quantity. I probably won't order Papa John's wings ever again. The only reason I gave it two stars is because they were at least cooked the way I requested.

Ordered an epic pepperoni stuffed crust pizza. Never had to add pepperoni before. (4TH pizza btw). Got a cheese pizza( not even cut) with pepperoni in the crust only. They will not fix the issue either. These places are getting ridiculous. I understand being short staffed, but come on. Least they could do is fix the problem. Please make sure if you order the epic pepperoni stuffed crust pizza with the new york style pizza special, to select pepperoni. If ordering the epic pepperoni stuffed crust by itself pepperoni is automatically checked.

We ordered a pizza that said it would be here in 40 minutes. It took almost 2 hours! Then when it got here, the box was crushed in and the pizza was all deformed and cold. It was the worst $50 I never spent. To top it off, we only live 10 minutes away we would have come and gotten it had they been honest about how long it would take.

We ordered a pizza at 1:30 for delivery at 4:30. No one showed. They said they never got our order. Never called. Worst service. When we asked if we could order one it would be another hour.i called the mangaer who blamed it on the call center. Im sorry was the best ge could do. Honestly don't know how these places stay open. Ridiculous. Horrible service!!!!!!

This place was always horrible at delivery (I live 7 minutes away and it would take 2 hours and the order would be incomplete, cold, and/or incorrect), but for the last year or so it has been bad in store as well. Several times I have placed a pickup order just to get there 20 minutes later and they haven't even started making the pizza yet. I have finally decided never to go back here when I used my rewards points for my last order and we got there and were told it would be another hour. They were completely unapologetic and I never got my PapaDough back. Love Papa John's, but I'm done with this location.

The food is pretty good but not consistent when it comes to how "done" the pizza is...I like my pepperoni relatively crisp and it usually isn't. Half of the time the breadsticks are just right and the other half of the time they're burnt. Upon pickup, pizza isn't really hot, just warm. Service is fairly friendly. They never mask correctly during pandemic, but neither did the customers.

Best Papa John’s around! Pizza was amazing. .. the sauce, cheese and crust were perfect. The cashiers were so friendly. I recently moved onto this side of town and this Papa John’s has been a major upgrade. Will definitely be returning again.

Ordered a pizza at 6:58pm. Didn't get it until 8:02. I specified no contact and they just left it on the ground with nothing underneath it. They didn't even wait until I answered the door. None of the food I ordered was hot and the pizza looked like it was carried vertically and most of the toppings looked like they were just dumped in the middle of the pizza.. ALSO, I am unable to leave this comment on their website due to it not recognizing my order number. When I called the store to inform them about the food being left on the ground, the lady I spoke with was very impatient and kept trying to talk over me. I use to love Papa John's, but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. If I do order from them again, it won't be from this location.
