When our package was delivered, it was placed between our screen door and the inside door on a windy day. The driver opened the screen door and locked it open with the little metal piece on the hydrolic arm. Needless to say, with all the wind we came home to find the arm thoroughly bent. The picture shows where the door now sticks. We have to force it to close and latch. To add insult to injury, it was a new screen door. Thanks a bunch ups.

I never have any problems with UPS unless my package gets delivered to the Kane, Pa UPS store. Every time my packages are sent to the Kane store I know my package will not be on time. I love how they always say my package is gonna be a day earlier when its already a day late. They are the only store that sits on my packages for days till they decide to actually deliver it. I'm best to seek out places that use Fed Ex to avoid my packages going to Kane. Poorly ran facility!

Had packages delivered when we were not home. Packages were placed on the hood of our brand new Toyota Tundra pickup and now there are many scratches on the hood. Not very happy!!

Been waiting over a week for 2 day shipping. Have to request special delivery for them to deliver on a saturday, so even though my package has been waiting there for days, I can't get it until after my girlfriends birthday. Only company I've ever used that slows down expedited shipping. Closed on weekends so I can't even drive to pick it up. Ordered something from Kays and jared. Kays ring arrived Monday. This package will arrive exactly a week later.

It's 9:30 p.m. and a package from Amazon that was GUARANTEED to arrive by 8:00 p.m. is not here. Not a big deal? I have to drive a mile to my mailbox on a dirt and stone road that UPS refuses to drive on (Fed Ex has no problem). This has happened so often with packages from different companies. I am frustrated and ticked off beyond saying. UPS sucks ... or at least my driver from Kane does!
