I'm in trouble. Started watching YouTube videos on Dollar tree crafts and went shopping. They have so many items that can be used in very creative ways. Beautiful and inexpensive.

Its hardly ever open and the staff is rude. I got there at 6pm and an employee yelled at me from across the parking lot "were closed" and then locked the door... The shelves are always a mess and there aren't enough employees to get people in and out and stock the shelves. The store hours keep getting shorter and shorter. It wouldn't surprise me if they closed completely. Terrible experience every time I go. Id rather drive 5 miles to another location.

Walked in at 6:42 pm. The door sign says open until 7:00 pm. We were promptly informed that they were closing in 5 minutes. When asked about the signage, was told they lock the doors 15 minutes before that time. If they close at 6:45 their sign should reflect that. Closing time is what is on the sign. Pure laziness!!

Good selection; friendly & helpful staff; well lit, clean store. Much better than a year ago. This location has a fridge/freezer food section, current holiday selection and with EVERYTHING $1 or less you can't beat it. They are following CDC recommendations and do ask/remind customers to wear masks properly. All staff wear masks, sanitize hands and use sanitizer to clean counters & card readers as often as possible.

I've been going to this Dollar Tree for years. Never an issue. Every worker I've encountered has been pleasant. Today I had a cashier who was in some type of funk. When I approached the counter he didn't even speak. Then he handed me one of my bags. I said thank you and no response. Then he throws a plate I was purchasing in a bag. I was shocked the way he just threw it in the bag not worrying if it will break. I asked him to wrap the plate and he says I don't have anything.

As always, this Dollar Tree had everything I needed, staffed adequately, friendly employees. This particular store seemed to have some products I haven't seen in the other stores which was fun. I've never gone to a Dollar Tree and been disappointed. Love this store!

Not open the hours they have posted. In fact, I called the store to see if they were still open at 8:30 and the person who answered said they were going to be closing in 15 minutes. Then he said, oh never mind, we're closed. My manager just told me we're closed. Absolutely ridiculous. There's a reason retail is failing and it's because they are not open for people to make purchases.

Have been shopping here almost weekly to help keep the food pantry in my neighborhood stocked. Today 1 staff person had no mask, the other was pulled down and they let multiple customers inside without masks. Will not spend any more money at this business unless the management is ensuring it’s safe for customers and staff.
