I love this nails store… everyone is very good.. special thanks to LYLA… she is very good … I love her work.. the 1st picture is today powder nails no:9 … tha 3rd picture is one month back I did for a special occasion… the2nd picture is after 3 week its looks same …Every time I done my nails by LYLA.. Terrible customer service!! I tried to get a refill and one nail repaired. They told me they were closed when I arrived at 6:45. Even though they actually close at 7:30. I arrived the next day at 6:30 and they tried to turn me away again. They relented when I reminded them they close at 7:30. I sit down and they remove the polish on my nails. They repair my nail and begin to apply new polish. She gives me an attitude and argued with me that I only asked for a polish change and repair. I repeatedly tell her I asked for a refill and repair. She finally huffs and says she will do the refill. I think everything is going to be okay and then she starts arguing again that I didn't ask for a refill. I get there was a language issue that caused the miscommunication but don't keep arguing with me and tell me I said something I didn't. I finally got frustrated, paid for the repair and left. This place treats customers horrible and they are incredibly over priced. I recommend going to Tech Nails on Commerce Blvd. They charge less and treat customers much better. Reply to the owner's reply. There were no customers on Monday. I realize there was a miscommunication on Tuesday but didn't like the tech repeatedly telling me I said something I didn't. There's no excuse for calling a customer a liar when she could have just acknowledged the miscommunication and moved on.

Let me first say how picky I am about my nails. I have been going to the same nail tech for almost 20 years and am fairly new to the area so I haven't tried any new nail places. I HAVE NEVER BEEN HAPPIER WITH MY NAILS. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM AND WILL NOW BECOME A DIE HARD CLIENT AT KEYSTONE NAILS. Everyone is also so so nice and they really care about their customers. I wish I could give them 10 stars and not just 5!!!! Can't wait to go back.

I have had the hardest time finding a good salon and I’m happy I gave keystone a try. My nails look great exactly like my reference photo and even tho there was a line before they even opened no one waited and they respected appointment times. Will definitely be back. This was the first time I had been to Keystone nail salon. It was such a pleasant experience. Anna was one of the employees that worked with my nails and feet and she was AMAZING! My nails look horrible after TWO HOURS of getting done!! She created sores all over my fingers, acrylic is chunky and uneven, polish is horrible and she filed a chunk in one after painting and now it’s missing the shine!! Just terrible. Very disappointed. And so expensive!! Service: Acrylic nails
