I stop after work before I go home,the check out line is insane! There is usually only 1 cashier trying to ring out a line that reaches the drink coolers. iv watched her ask the 8 people In the kitchen just standing around for help only to be ignored. She definitely needs a raise . iv left twice now with out getting gas because of the crazy lines and the cashier getting no help.

I don’t understand why it’s so hard for these employees to toast a pretzel bun without turning it into a rock. Take it out of the turbo, stop being lazy and letting it sit. It’s just about every single time.

I was in here about 1130pm on Saturday... Yes I understand places get busy... What I don't understand is why was there about 7 people in line which were either buying gas or alcohol so you can't do self checkout which I think is dumb because some people don't carry anything but cash.. to the point.. 7 people in line 3 workers in the kitchen area and the older lady just walked away and ignored all of us needless to say we waited for about 5 to ten minutes the gentleman in front of me getting gas was timing the wait... He had asked for help not once but twice... The one girl said we will be with you in a minute so yet he still timing them gave them that minute not once but twice... I'm in here every day six days a week if not once but twice usually late at night... Y'all need more cashiers in that place instead of just one and self check out. I was very disappointed 😞 about this I really was tonight...

Normally this Sheetz is pretty good and I don’t normally complain, however the last 4 times I’ve stopped in and ordered food even when not that busy it has taken a very long time for the order to be ready. Upwards of 20 minutes for pretty basic orders and often forget the sauces that are paid for which wouldn’t be that big of a deal if they didn’t charge for them

I ordered food from and it was absolutely awful, I got a steak sub and the backside was like dough. Fries were messed up as well as mozzarella sticks which everything is pre bagged so idk how these people mess that up. We pay for terrible service and even worse food. Do not recommend, Natrona Heights sheetz will take care of you these folks will not
