I know there are some people that have issues with the post office and I don’t want to say everything is always smooth sailing with the mail BUT I am here to leave a comment about our mail carrier. Her name is Holly and she is the best, probably the sweetest person I’ve ever met. She goes beyond what is expected of her job. I just want to thank her for all she does. I know I keep her busy delivering packages but she is never anything but over the top nice to us! I hope she never leaves her position. It would be hard to replace her! Thank you Holly!!

We had Nicole who was AWESOME! She took pride in her work & cared for your packages! Not sure who we have now, looks like 2 people in a white SUV. Larger packages, too big for mailbox they just put on top ofailbox. Well, this week, it ended up in the snow, package was soaked! Had to return the item due to damage!POOR POOR! Nicki WOULD HAVE BROUGHT IT UP TO OUR DOOR & PLACED IT ON THE CHAIR UNDER ROOF TO PROTECT IT! Simple COMMON SENSE GOES A LONG WAY!!!

My senior parents have gotten penalized for late payments by their insurance company because of this post offices incompetency. Their neighbors have had their mail left in a snowbank with boxes. I'd be embarrassed to tell people I work for mohnton post office.

Mohnton, PA post office~ Now we have gotten a new mail delivery person that takes care of packages and is really good at her job. She bothers to actually deliver stuff and is friendly and careful with things that we order. A+++!

This is one of the worst run post office I ever dealt with. Did you know this is the one post office where you aren’t suppose to wear a mask. If you ask a question expect the wrong answer. This has happened to my many time. Another thing the postal lady dies is announce to the whole room what you are selling, where you are selling, isn’t there any privacy laws to stop the harassment of having your business announced. Mohnton use to be a great post office until they got rid of the best postal person, Jill.

I don't receive all of my magazines. I am not sure whats going on. I also noticed, they don't deliver much mail in bad weather (rain, etc.) But, when it's nice outside you seem to get more. I would like to know why I don't get all of my mail. I just don't think they care about what kind of service they deliver. They know that their ratings are bad and just don't care. They'd rather read my magazines! You know it's really sad to say but "I really don't trust this post office." I don't say it lightly either. I have very rarely written a bad review for anything, much less a post office. You should be able to TRUST that all of your mail will be delivered in whatever the weather.

The absolute worst post office in the country. They LIE about attempting to deliver a package because they are too lazy to actually do their job! They look for excuses to not deliver your mail or to deliver your packages. When you question them about their poor quality of service they point their fingers at other employees. The old post master use to blame a delivery driver when she in fact was giving direction to the delivery person to not deliver packages. The entire staff should be fired and restaffed.

I actually have a couple complaints. 1) One day I was standing in my driveway 10 - 15 ft away from my mailbox while the mail was being delivered. The person drove away and when I went to get my mail, there was a certified letter slip. I was standing right there and they never asked me to sign for the certified letter. 2) I have a covered porch and a covered breezeway and yet I have come home multiple times to find packages sitting on the trash can in the driveway or on the ground in front of the trash can getting rained on. My trash can is a garage door away from the covered breezeway. I don't understand why they couldn't put it there. 3) 2 days in a row they say they attempted to deliver a package but both days the tracking information says "We attempted to deliver your package but could not access the delivery location" That does that mean? I truly believe that they didn't even attempt to deliver the package. Thank god I am not waiting for medication to be delivered. My son called the post office to ask why the package wasn't delivered and the gentleman that answered the phone was absolutely useless and he was not very nice. The people working at this post office are terrible. I can not believe that this service is acceptable.

I had three packages coming to my house today. they deliver two of them and then the third one on the tracking information says postal carrier unable to access my mailbox or driveway etc. how is it that you were able to drop off two packages but one you aren't able access the driveway. I always have problems with this post office.

Went there several times only to be rudely told by the postmaster that because I'm coming from the next town over that they don't get "credit" for shipping my package even though this was the closest post office to my house. I would even usually purchase stamps or packaging materials from here. After twice myself and my husband both got yelled at for the same thing we completely stopped going there altogether. I suggest everyone do the same even people from Mohnton should go to Kenhorst from now on
