Two separate times I've gone to see switch games and picked one to purchase. Denied sale because new warehouse staff had put it on the shelf early. Certainly not a best buying experience given the amount of time spent standing on line to be told this.

I went to best buy twice trying to buy a computer monitor. If you want help or information do not go to this Best Buy. The first night I went the manger and a group of employees stood around laughing and talking loudly. The only person who said a word to me or was working at all was a younger guy helping load a TV. I was there 20 minutes no one cared or looked away from the conversation. I came back the next day. I Saturday thinking maybe it would be different. No! This time I could only see 1 person ringing out customers, 1 guy running all over the store pulling items and a third working with a customer in phones. I was in this store an hour over 2 days and either the staff was more worried about their conversation or there was no staff to be found. Their loss. I spent my money elsewhere!

Nice best buy they need to cut the walkie-talkie volume down or turn it off when you're doing with a customer at the register because people can tell when you're not engaged or when you're not really listening and unfortunately I have to go back and have a return now because of this

This store is absolutely terrible when it comes to browsing all the different items on display. You obviously want to be able to know what you are buying and would like to hear it as if it was in your home. And for the amount of money you pay for these things, the staff needs to have everything in the store hooked up properly so customers can see and hear what they are buying!! And then when you ask for assistance from one of the employees they tell you, its not hooked up right but you can look at it online instead!!! That's terrible!!! Why would you have these items on display if you can't see or hear them to make that determination if you wanna buy it or not? Why don't someone call all the companies that have their products on display and inform them that employees of Best Buy are refusing to have these items on display to be hooked up properly so customers can be able to see and hear them!!

I was so blessed when I went to get a sublination printer and they didn't carry them but through some research I did and ET printer can be turned into a sublination printer. They were very helpful and got me what I needed and I now have a sublination printer that I made with their guidance. Great team work.

Was having trouble deciding on a product and a staff member asked if I needed any help. They pointed out the key differences and even checked specs by the UPC to be sure. Then when it came time to check out they were the checkout person. They were with us at all possible points throughout the visit to the store. 😂

We drove a good distance to purchase an item listed on their web page...wasted out time and gas. The staff was not helpful and had no solution for lack of advertised item. We explained how far we drove...their attitude was so What! This was from the acting manager.

Great sales person, very knowledgeable about the products we were looking at. Very up to date on service contracts and applicable discounts. Got us set up with Geek squad for delivery and install within 24 hrs. Geek Squad installed our equipment flawlessly and were very professional and knowledgeable as well. Very courteous when in our home. Will definitely be back to deal with Best Buy for our next purchase!

Nice, clean store with friendly staff. Store is limited on options but cause of the limited space. Maybe the smallest Best Buy I've ever been in. Probably has most everything you need in a pinch, just didn't work out for me.
