Called to see if they had a certain product and the pharmacy answered the call first, didn't even say hold on just put me on hold, then another lady answered the phone and told me no they didn't carry what I was looking for and then just hung up. Didn't even give me a chance to that her for looking or anything I know it's close to Christmas but the attitude was uncalled for, sorry it was an inconvenience for me to call.

Overpriced, there was a bad smell in the store, and several food items had past ecperation dates. The staff spent most of the time gossiping about other people and spoke negatively about customers after they left the store out of eat shot. Small town inbred mentality.

I’ve been coming here since back when they still rented VHS tapes back by the pharmacy. While the layout and faces may have changed over the years the friendly service certainly hasn’t. If you are looking for anything craft related or need a prescription filled it is worth the drive as you will get far more knowledgable help here than at any chain store. It’s also nice knowing your money is going to a small business that has been serving the community for decades.

A nice store that has a little bit of everything. From a pharmacy to small grocery. They also have a hardware section, craft and fabric supplies, rustic decor, candles, a picture framing area, and a nice toy section. Staff is friendly and helpful in helping you find exactly what you may be looking for.

I’ve always used Benfranklins Pharmacy and so thankful I do. My 7 year old has the flu and the medicine was over $100.00 they were so sweet and kind gave me a $50 gift card they had been holding for someone in need, to go towards her medicine cost. We have no insurance right now my husband is between jobs. So thankful!! Thank you again and again!!

I was in the middle of a project and ran out of yarn. I looked at all the chain craft stores and Walmart, no one had it. Looked at ordering it on Amazon at an outrageous price. Guess what, Ben Franklin had every color I needed. Wonderful supply of yarn and fabrics for us Crafters!

Lots of neat little household decorations and crafts. Toys and craft kits for kids. Art supplies. Tons of stuff to DIY. Some things are more expensive than others, but it's a small-town store, so its to be expected. No complaints. Pharmacy is our regular one, and is generally very quick. Never waited longer than 20 minutes when dropping off a paper 'scrip. Could browse this store for an hour or two, easily.

W-O-W! Fantastic craft store! They have tons of fabric, quilting classes & tons more. They even keep Christmas fabric year round? Love love love this place!
