I had issues where they were discharging my scripts even though I had refills left and then were treating me like I was drug seeking when I’m just trying to take my heart medicine so I don’t die. When I was unable to fill my med and asked the staff member what to do I was told “I don’t know what to tell you”. They’ve had a change in staffing over the past few years and you can tell no one is being trained properly. They won’t try using the discount program I’ve used for years, I had to pay $120 out of pocket for eye drops because the tech had no idea what I meant when I asked for them to run it through that. I’ve switched pharmacies because I was no longer confident in their ability to correctly handle my meds. Although, it took five phone calls to get them to transfer all of my medications to the new pharmacy. ~Beth
