I switched from CVS in Muncy, which was absolutely terrible, to Weis. In my first encounter at Weis, I was short-changed by half of my prescription. It apparently was MY fault that I did not check the number of pills before I left the drive-thru rather than a problem on Weis' end. Could anyone suggest another pharmacy in Muncy?

I had issues where they were discharging my scripts even though I had refills left and then were treating me like I was drug seeking when I’m just trying to take my heart medicine so I don’t die. When I was unable to fill my med and asked the staff member what to do I was told “I don’t know what to tell you”. They’ve had a change in staffing over the past few years and you can tell no one is being trained properly. They won’t try using the discount program I’ve used for years, I had to pay $120 out of pocket for eye drops because the tech had no idea what I meant when I asked for them to run it through that. I’ve switched pharmacies because I was no longer confident in their ability to correctly handle my meds. Although, it took five phone calls to get them to transfer all of my medications to the new pharmacy.

BEWARE! Don’t get your covid vaccine here! Pharmacist just gave me the WRONG booster without telling me first then had 100 excuses to try to cover himself. Pharm manager didn’t even bother to return my call. Seemed like they just didn’t care.

Initially I liked this pharmacy until Saturday when I was profiled and lied to by a pharmacy technician. She repeated her lie yesterday until the end of the conversation when she said “ if I lied I apologize. It is unacceptable to lie to patients and be sneaky about it. I had great encounters with everyone there until this girl. Never again will I use this pharmacy.
