Worst Post Office I've ever had to go through. They don't deliver packages in a timely manner. They don't knock or ring the doorbell n instead leave a note that they missed you when they didn't even try. Then after waiting all weekend for it to be redelivered, they don't bring it n have every excuse as to why your mail isn't there but it's not their fault. Avoid using USPS n their offices at all costs.

After being told on the phone that they are open at 8, I arrive at 8:15 to stand there and wait 15 minutes for them to open. Then after finally getting to the counter and asking for my mail that was placed on hold, I was informed “is not here it looks like it was taken for delivery” so now my mail is hopefully getting delivered to the house I now longer live at after I requested a mail hold that I would pick up. I want to cancel my subscription. Does anyone else deliver mail????

Changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star. We have been living at the same address for about 8 years and just in the last few months everything has gone downhill. Mailman used be friendly and talk to us and pet and play with our dog, now he all of a sudden has a harsh attitude and refuses to deliver our mail if the dog is outside. He jams our mail and packages into our mailbox, creasing and bending everything. If the package is too big for the mailbox he just leaves it on the sidewalk below the mailbox at the street, even when it is raining. The post master has threatened to stop delivery to our house because of "a large amount of packages". Most of our mail deliveries have looked like the attached pictures for the last few months. This office needs a change of management.

I live in Tarentum and I would rather go to this post office than the one in Tarentum. The staff in Natrona Heights have always been friendly, courteous and helpful. I have never had a bad experience here. Thanks

Horrible system. Cannot compete with the efficiency of UPS and Fed-Ex. My Home carrier is great but my business carrier is the laziest person. He called the business and asked an employee to take the packages up to the post office because he “can’t get there”. I was told that they cannot deliver during my normal business hours (7am-3:30pm).

Another day of inconsistency. Another day of a different mail-carrier. Another day that no one came at all. Another day I have to take time away from my job to take 20+ packages to the post office myself. Another day of our customers having to wait for their orders. Another day of calling to remind the post office that our business exists in their coverage area and we have packages that need to go out every day.

Went here with a coworker on our lunch hour so she could deliver a package. It took us at least 25 minutes to do that. The service was very slow and the worker was unfriendly. I would never stop back at this post office unless it was to drop something off in the exterior mail box.

I have been renovating my home in Brackenridge for the last 6 months, and the Mailman took it upon himself to stop delivering the mail!He said "The house looked Vacant?" It took 5 days of Calling and 1 trip to the post office before I received a phone call... No Apology!... Just,, "You'll start getting your mail again"... What a bunch of Incompetents!!!

We get mail for a wrong address at least once a month. Has lost or delivered our packages to a wrong address 5 times over the last decade. Compared to UPS, FedEx, and DHL who have delivered over 200 parcels in the same time frame and never lost a delivery. Too bad we don't have any choice in the service provided.
