Love love love their subs. Its about time this area got something decent. Subway is the worst and thats all we had. Now this...everything fresh and they follow notes special requests wonderfully. Edited. Customer service does nothing if you have a problem with an order. Two times now and even emailed the owner. Nothing!

Fresh cut meats and cheeses per order, large variety, 3 sizes of sandwich, and a little pricy but much better on taste than their competitors. Servers were incredibly polite and helpful for a first time visitor. Interior was clean, neat, and organized. Grilled foods cooked per order not ahead of time.

So far been there 4x's, and my Grandmother and I, are so happy with all of the prep and end result...great polite staff...VERY GOOD FOOD...We will tell EVERYONE to eat here, and be back real soon.

My wife and I have always enjoyed their subs. A lot better than some of the other chains. The only reason I am leaving three stars is because of their poor service when using their mobile app when ordering. I showed up on time for my order and was ignored for almost a half an hour. My bag wasn't on the front counter with my name out because they left it on their back counter and forgot about it. So when ordering from here, it's best to do it in person and not the mobile app in my opinion.

Ordered 2 subs and verified with the worker that there would be no mayo on the subs because there is no dressing mentioned on the menu. The subs both had mayo added. Completely incompetent.

This review is written after 4 visits. Real good subs, quality ingredients reasonably and competitively priced. On line ordering and paying through the app is quick and easy. I like the rewards program. The time given for pickup on the app is highly accurate. Despite this it is still not my preferred place to order a sub. I prefer my subs toasted and there is not an option for this. Its not too bad if I’m taking it home as today where I can pop it in the oven, but if I’m working I can only get my preferred sub cold. That’s a big minus for me. Plus it would be nice if they had a meatball sub. Who doesn’t like a meatball sub on occasion. That’s another reason I’ve skipped over them in the past. One other thing to note. Their cold subs are very wet. There is no option on the app where you can ask for the vinegar and oil on the side. One could call in their order, but that defeats the convenience of the app. Get extra napkins. Its yummy but a little messy…… I will definitely return there in the future, they are real good while only lacking in a few areas.

Probably the best sub I have ever eaten. The chicken Philly and Italian sub we got. Both over 9 dollars each. So they are pretty expensive. The price is well worth it though. I would highly recommend.

Really bad service.. waited almost 45 min for one large sub.. they doing to go before the people that we’re waiting n then u run out white bread….our first time at this store want be bad😡😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
