Ordered a donut and small coffee with milk and sugar. Got black coffee. Had to go in and ask them to put it in and was late to work. Week prior payed for the same thing and they didn’t have the donut I wanted and couldn’t get it for free or refunded.

You can't actually order at the register in store at this location. There is a register but no one manning it and half a dozen employees to ignore you as you try. The drive through runs to the street so you block traffic on a bad day. There is zero signage stating this until you are parked and inside. I watched numerous people walk in and wait and eventually leave in frustration. I downloaded the app I didn't want and it took what should have been a fast order and made it 10 minutes to run through the process. There is another DD in Malvern I'll be going to from here on out, if I go at all. Stupidest thing I have encountered and last time I am going to this location and no plans to frequent DD from here on out. Going to Wawa instead.

frequent this location a lot - yet today in the drive through I wasn’t allowed to finish ordering since I took too long- asked for an extra min and was literally told no — 0% chance of me ever returning

I love Dunkin and usually don’t have a problem with my orders but today the guy very clearly wasn’t listening to what I was ordering and I ended up getting the wrong coffee. It’s not a huge deal but I was really excited for my coffee and ended up getting something I didn’t necessarily like. Just make sure they’re giving you what you asked for before pulling away!

Rude staff, everyone except the lady in hijab. And too that off with poor service. Was told most items on the menu weren’t available unless it’s an online order. Was way more worse than the worst Dunkin experience ever.

This place is the worst they are so inconsistent with their service. One day you're waiting in line for 2 seconds another day it's 45 mins for a cup of coffee. They will wait 5 mins between each order it's ridiculous. Not happy with this place at all they should really open up the store not just for online orders

Honestly those sausage egg and cheese wraps are pretty good. 2 for $3 is a deal. I've always liked the coffee. And to my amazement they went through a line of about ten cars in the drive through in under ten minutes. A+ all around!

This was one of the worst dunkins I’ve been to. I couldn’t order in the front of the store. I waited in the drive thru with no line for 10 mins. Another 5 mins for them to fix our order at the window and still ended up with things wrong in our order. 👎🏻
