Absolutely brilliant. I left BofA after 12 years of banking with them because, simply put, they didn’t care. In the 2 years since, TD has been splendid to work with. The staff in the Paoli office is particularly patient, kind, and accommodating of any of my sometimes tedious needs. I am tremendously grateful to every single one of them; Judson, Kirsten, Chris, Reem, Cheryl, the whole bunch. I haven't written a review or rating anywhere in at least a decade but I felt it necessary in this case. I've had some clerical issues obtaining a new ID from PennDot which made accessing my account difficult. That issue has been repeatedly solved by lead teller Heather R. She has worked patiently on a few different occasions to help me access my account when I'm sure she has had no obligation to do so. To put it bluntly, Heather has saved my butt more than once and I am very appreciative of that. She's great at her job and an asset to the Paoli, PA branch. I am very thankful to have had her assistance. I should also mention Todd G. who I have only interacted with on one occasion but his kindness and sincere concern left a great impression with me as well. In closing, my final decree is awarding Eddie the prestigious Employee of the Month title for his always pleasant disposition and friendly conversation. His recent absence has not gone unnoticed. You can't actually order at the register in store at this location. There is a register but no one manning it and half a dozen employees to ignore you as you try. The drive through runs to the street so you block traffic on a bad day. There is zero signage stating this until you are parked and inside. I watched numerous people walk in and wait and eventually leave in frustration. I downloaded the app I didn't want and it took what should have been a fast order and made it 10 minutes to run through the process. There is another DD in Malvern I'll be going to from here on out, if I go at all. Stupidest thing I have encountered and last time I am going to this location and no plans to frequent DD from here on out. Going to Wawa instead. ~T

Clean store and friendly knowledgeable staff. Stopped in for supplies and to look for another bearded dragon for my son. Let with a healthy pet. I took away one star for the lack of bearded dragon knowledge. The staff recommended meal worms and calcium sand for it, which is what they were using in their setup. Meal worms can stunt juveniles growth and calcium sand can cause digestive impactions as well. Despite that, it was a good store. Just do your research before you purchase an exotic pet. ~Genesis

Dear Only Results Fitness, I want to thank you for sharing your gym with me for the 6 weeks challenge. It was an amazing experience. It forced me outside my comfort zone. Shook up my diet. I did exercises I never did before. I ate food I have never had before.It taught me to look at food differently. Taught me portion control. I thought I would starve on the diet plan but I was more than satisfied. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, available for any question or concern. It was great having Voxer for communicating. The daily check ins were helpful to keep me on track. Your whole well rounded program really works. I lost 23.2 pounds in the 6 weeks. I gained muscles.
