I never went to a gym or fitness center that I liked or felt like I fit in. ORF is not a typical gym. I consider it a home away from home. They are like family! Love Jen, Mike, Renee and the rest of the ORF team. They ALL truly care about each of their clients. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for results from the inside -out.

I have been a member of Only Results Fitness for 11 years. The reason for my obsession with this gym are the owners, trainers and the fact that I am healthier in mind, body and spirit. They are always learning and passing down their knowledge. I also like that there is camaraderie throughout the gym and positive workouts for all.

Dear Only Results Fitness, I want to thank you for sharing your gym with me for the 6 weeks challenge. It was an amazing experience. It forced me outside my comfort zone. Shook up my diet. I did exercises I never did before. I ate food I have never had before.It taught me to look at food differently. Taught me portion control. I thought I would starve on the diet plan but I was more than satisfied. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, available for any question or concern. It was great having Voxer for communicating. The daily check ins were helpful to keep me on track. Your whole well rounded program really works. I lost 23.2 pounds in the 6 weeks. I gained muscles. I had a wonderful experience with ORF! I signed up for the 5% fat loss challenge and weighed in at 5.5% at the end! I feel stronger and leaner than I have in a long time. I've lost weight before but have never felt toned and strong. The best part is that I was never hungry. There is so much food on this plan, at first it was hard to eat it all! The workouts are great and I was finding myself excited to roll out of bed early to see what the challenges were for that day. Mike and Jenn are very knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate how they are committed to my long term health and this was not a quick weight loss gimmick. As with all change, it was tough at first and hard work. My coach, Renee, is amazing and had endless encouragement and patience with my millions of questions. My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner.

What a great experience! I just finished the “6 Week Challenge” at Only Results Fitness, and I am pleased to report that I got some pretty amazing results! I lost 25.6 pounds! Mike, Jenn, Renee and the whole team at ORF made me feel at home and comfortable, while at the same time challenging and holding me accountable. I signed up for the 6 week challenge to get a jump start on my weight loss program. Everyone at the gym was fantastic and having an accountability coach and trainer really helped to keep me motivated. Jenn and Mike are great as well as Mary, Marcy and Renee made the workouts fun but they also made you work. I would recommend this gym to anyone who wants to get fit and have fun.

My husband and I started the 6 week challenge on April 21st and just completed our final workout and final results weigh in today. We met our personal goals, I lost 5.4% body fat and my husband lost 8.2% body fat. It was a tough start but our coach Renee was awesome. She checked in regularly to see how we were doing and provided tips to keep us on track. The workouts are great and done in a group setting so we weren’t wandering around aimlessly trying to figure out what to do next. We would work out at 5 AM and were done 45 minutes later. This is a great program. We loved it so much we joined for another year. Thanks for everything Mike, Jenn and Renee. Looking forward to more Friday Mayhem workouts!

This is THE best gym in the area! I've NEVER stuck with a workout program until now. I never thought I would feel as good as I do and enjoy doing it! It's truly a gym family! We encourage each other and push each other to do our best. It's everything you could need in a gym: strength training, some cardio training, personal training, and nutrition wellness! I love Only Results Fitness.

I met the owners of Only Results Fitness in 2009 when I enrolled in their Adventure Boot Camp. I continued the bootcamp for a year before I was unable to continue due to a life change event. About a year ago, my standard exercise routine stopped appealing to me and I went on a search to find something that worked to get me back to my fitness goals. I tried many programs, including a different boot camp, non of which worked. I felt defeated. Luckily for me I remembered Jen and Mike!They were very understanding of my injuries, my time, and my fitness goals. I started with a month trial and have continued since then. I have been a member of ORF for 2 months now and can already feel an improvement in my body. I'm stronger, have better posture, and am not exhausted any more! The trainers are very attentive and encouraging; couldn't have asked for a better place!
