Dear Only Results Fitness, I want to thank you for sharing your gym with me for the 6 weeks challenge. It was an amazing experience. It forced me outside my comfort zone. Shook up my diet. I did exercises I never did before. I ate food I have never had before.It taught me to look at food differently. Taught me portion control. I thought I would starve on the diet plan but I was more than satisfied. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, available for any question or concern.
