I love this particular store first because of it's staff, they're awesome with customer service from the Security Guard's to the floor staff and check out counter. Also they always have exactly what I'm looking for 🖤👏🏽😀

No one greeted me when I walked in. The manager helped me out and he was really nice but the staff needs to work on there people skills. They need more options for women and kids too

Customer Service is T R A SH!!!!!!! I stood in the same spot for 6 minutes while the sales associates gathered at the counter deep in ratchet conversation about BS while $300 burned a hole in my pocket. Why why why do you have to flag someone down for service? Then the guard tried get someone’s attention but I thanked him anyway. This store needs new management and customer service training, until then I’ll shop online because this store is horrible.

I though sneaker villa was pretty good. Not the cleanest store on the planet. The dressing rooms specifically. However the staff that helped me was awesome. I needed 3 entire new outfits from head to toes. Shoes to shirt. The gentleman that helped me was patient and understanding and tried to help me look as good as possible in athletic wear. Expensive is how I would describe their prices.
