I’ve gone to this shop all for 2021 for hair cuts by Julian. His cuts were always on point. However, the last 2 times I booked an appointment on booksy, my appointment time was changed without my knowledge. The first time I thought it was a mistake on my part, but after the second I knew it wasn’t. Julian even admitted to changing my appointment time. I was charged twice because of this and never received a haircut. I hope this was an honest mistake, but I refuse to patronize unprofessionalism.

Not exactly sure on how well of a barber this julian the barber dude is since he decided to reschedule/cancel my appointment TWICE in one week. The first, a day before the original appointment. Not terrible, right? but the second time he cancelled/rescheduled my 7pm appointment was at 658pm the day of. Cool, right? totally professional and upstanding dude! If you wanna get stood up, this is the place to go!

My appt was scheduled for 9am. I shouldn’t have to see you posting on Instagram 20min prior to my appt but unresponsive to me when trying to figure out why you’re a no show until 20min after our agreement. I’ll leave the screenshots. Definitely unprofessional a bad look for the buisness & inconsiderate to others. I believe her name is chantae

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! If anyone is booked with “Cyn” cancel IMMEDIATELY! I am not from the area, and therefore had difficulties with parking. Due to this, I gave her a courtesy call to inform her that I am “right here, just can’t find adequate parking”. Very rude on the phone. I end up being 12 minutes late (mind you the courtesy call was made). She told someone that i was going to have to reschedule. Well why didn’t YOU tell ME that when I called? I would’ve turned back around and left. Well, when I get there I have no idea who she is, so I ask, and her colleagues tell me “that’s her” and pointed. I WAS NEVER GREETED ONCE! She didn’t tell me to have a seat in the chair or anything. Once I sat down, she handed me over to someone else to wash and dry me. When I came back, she never spoke to me ONCE! Didn’t ask the length; confirm what style we were doing, nothing!! I never saw the woman’s face. She never looked up at me or greeted me. Following my hair being finished, she didn’t say there you go or anything. She took the cape off and sat right back in her chair. I was never offered a mirror to look at the back of my hair and she never even said bye. This was COMPLETELY unprofessional. One of, if not the MOST unpleasant experience I have ever had with a hair stylist, and a “PROFESSIONAL” at that. I will be telling everyone that wants to book with “Cyn” to save both their time and money. Service: Hairstyling

Me & my son see stylist Cyn here at this shop. Her styles never disappoint!! We always look fly leaving out. I also enjoy the vibe of the shop and good jams I sing along to lol

Will never go back! Waited a month for an appointment with the stylist from NY (forgot her name) after one of her clients recommended her. When I got there, they told me she was unavailable, so I assumed she didn't make it in town. They suggested a substitute stylist and I needed to get my hair done for an event, so I stayed. But then I found out the stylist was there all along, but must have overbooked herself. She got busted cause the woman who recommended her, saw me and started chatting. I heard them try to shush her on the low and she looked so confused. I didn't even say anything cause I knew I wouldn't be back. That definitely put a damper on the whole experience cause I was hoping to find a place I can go regularly. My hair turned out ok, but after that I would never go back and I would never recommend anyone if that is how they handle their business.

Antoine is as accomplished a stylist as you would find in any big metro city such as LA or NYC. A true artist, Antoine is as personable as he is talented. I have had hair cuts everywhere from Vegas to Paris. Never had a better cut that the ones from Antoine.

Really I was in and out. The stylist didnt waste my time talking to his coworkers and did a terrific job. I had gotten a perm and then styled and I loved the bounciness and the way my hair literally flowed in the wind. They did a great job and would certainly get my hair done there again
