The pnc customer service line and the listed services for this branch include 'instantly receive a lost debit card'. When I walk into the branch there are two managers just standing in the lobby staring into the distance. Another employee they identified as the intern was near asleep in one of the offices. When I ask them for the 'instant' debit card replacement they said I needed an appointment. I asked if they could do it as they weren't engaged with other customers. They said no because I need an appointment. No matter how much I tried to appeal to them with my unusual and needy circumstances they gave the same answer. So I walked down the street to the branch in the first avenue place building and they can't be more helpful. The lady running it today listened to me and did everything she could to help. And guess what, in just a minute she gave me the service I needed. Bring over that staff to your fifth avenue location to show them the power of listening and being flexible at times. Also please update your website and customer service line to indicate these services need an appointment and are not 'instant'.

PNC Bank lies to its customers and they are willfully negiligent. They dont give rip about not one customer they have. All we are names and currency on a board. DO NOT USE THIS BANK AND IF YOU HAVE ACCOUNTS here LEAVE ASAP!

Like all industries they've fired employees and force you, the customer to do the leg work through automated phone systems that are extremely aggravating and often don't work. The inconvenience if dealing with their automated systems regularly just so they can pay less employees is terrible. When you finally get through to an employee that's able to help, those employees have always been wonderful to deal with and very helpful.

They close the fifth Ave place branch and force everyone to go to this one, causing everyone to wait in long lines because they never have enough tellers during peak times due to the increased number of customers

Highly disappointed with this bank. Always a misunderstanding. Took forever to fix my account. Another bank had to fix the error they mess up.

PNC is fine as far as banks go, but definitely room for improvement in the customer service department. If you need to contact PNC, you can only call them during business hours, reach out on twitter, or try and use the chat option (good luck). They don't have any way to just shoot someone an email and get a reply later on. Who wants to discuss their banking issues on a public forum like twitter? Who wants to wait for a prolonged period of time on hold on a phone or for someone to be available to "chat?"

Literally was treated like a criminal when I tried to cash a check for work even though a had plenty more than the amount in my account. I just stood there for 15 minutes while Emma and another woman analyzed the handwriting OVER and OVER again. I kept asking, “what’s the problem? Do I need to go somewhere else?”

Called to confirm the banks routing number and the Employee named Stacey was very rude and when I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager she hung up the phone on me! That’s not customer service and I’ve now closed my account! Then called back and spoke to someone who could better explain the reason she couldn’t do either of my request! Stacey makes this branch look horrible! & she is very rude!

I seen you sponsor the YMCA's garden plot on the Northside and what a disgrace. It is June 19th 2018 and the plot you sponsored is now a huge eyesore for my friends business. They never take care of it. It is absolutely disgusting. My friend took care of that property for 15 years and then you come over and sponsored the YMCA to put in an urban garden that is the epitome of an eyesore. Please stop sponsering people who don't take care of their property as you are making your company look bad. I have pictures if you need proof. Thanks for your time.

This is a nice new building which is now the 2nd newest PNC skyscraper. PNC is slowly revitalizing this entire section of the city.
