I recently opened an account and the customer service was exceptional. Megan assisted me every step of the way. She listened to me and answered all my questions clearly and completely. Christina helped me with the deposit. Both women were pleasant and professional.

customer service is lacking. Dawn acts as if you're an inconvenience to her day. I noticed others in their reviews saying customer service sucks. I'm gonna assume their teller was dawn. Everyone else seems nice. Parking lot is very small

Absolutely Terrible experience! I stopped at ATM right out front to withdrawal money and paid money to get money off my card. That's not the reason why I'm rating this specific bank a one star. This bank got a one star from me(even though it deserves a negative 5) because I walked in and greeted the bank teller and asked her if she could exchange 5 $20 bills that I got from the ATM right outside for a $100 bill and she started giving me attitude and specifically said "Sorry, we carry $100, have a good day". Like no miss, you need to learn some customer skills and lose your job because you just made PNC look bad.

I've seen people comment negatively about the drive through. I don't think they're aware that there is a full lobby & that they are doing their best. If you've gone to this bank you know it's very busy. Overall fantastic staff.

Incredibly disappointed with the service of this branch. Every-time we visit to use the drive-thru the attendant doesn't even say hi, or is welcoming. Takes forever to process our transactions and is rude. I cannot wait to change banks.

Staff is really friendly and quick. They even let me take my dog inside and give him treats. However, I really missed a notory service like my previous bank had. I paid $30 somewhere else for a service I usually had for free.

Very positive experience, got all my banking needs taken care of by Rita, who made us feel welcome as well as double checking everything to make sure all information was entered correctly. I'll be back and will ask for her again when I need banking assistance again.

Needed a signed and stamped bank statement emailed to me. She said she would email it, then I called back 2 hrs later because it was not emailed yet and she said, "I was getting caught up on some work I will try to get it for you" Had to call back 45 min later and speak with Ritas manager to get it done and then it was sent within 5 minutes. Was also told that the computers were down and that was why it wasn't sent, but that was not the case. Poor customer service.
