He has gone out of his way to help us numerous times and we have been absolutely delighted with his service. He has always taken the extra time to show me exactly what needed to be fixed and why. My wife used Al for about 5 years before I ever met him and if he was going to take advantage of anyone it would have been her; but he never did. To anyone complaining about high prices, you spend a little more to get quality service and work; I have found it worth every cent we ever paid to Rainbow.
