The package arrived intact on damaged. I have to say I was very disappointed with how the package was left. Our neighborhood has been plagued with porch bandits. The delivery was left with the items description facing the street on the very edge of my porch. The postal service and UPS always push the boxes all the way to my door or under my mailbox so that's a difference of sitting back off the street or sitting in plain sight so that's my only question I haven't gotten anything from FedEx recently to make a comparison but that little bit there was telling.

They never delivered my package. Lied and signed my package as delivered I opened a claim and they closed it right away. So the seller though I was trying to scam them. So I'm out hundreds of dollars I lost a client and I never received my package

Trying to talk to a human about an on going problem is NOT happening! Fedex really sucks! I try not to use them but some businesses for some reason still use them.
