I have moved about a dozen times and must say, Price's Moving has been the best. The owner was very helpful on my initial call and outlined everything for me. He was very patient with all my questions. The day of the move the team showed up on time and everything was securely moved from point A to point B. The final payment was exactly what he quoted to me. Moving can be a stressful time, but these guys made the process so much easier. I highly recommend them! Service: Local moving

Do NOT use these guys for your move! First they quoted me a rate of "about $900" for 4 hours. I told them I only had about a dozen pieces and as long as they could do it within those 4 hours, I'd be happy. Anything else would be a bonus. They showed up with 5 guys and TWO 27' foot trucks for a few items. They obviously intended to run the bill up on me from the beginning. They arrived 20 minutes late. They stood around for at least the first half hour doing almost nothing. Then they took 5.5 hours to do what could have been done easily in 3 hours. The reason it took so long? They had 3 workers who were ok and worked pretty hard. But they had 2 workers who did almost nothing. One of them was Bob the owner who I guess was "supervising"...but did very little. The other was an older gentleman with a handicap who actually got in the way a lot and spent the whole time talking and distracting everyone. I can't think of a single item he moved in 5.5 hours! I respect hiring handicapped employees but this person did NOTHING the whole time and cost me over $250 for their "portion" of the work. Then they ended up charging me for 6.5 hours for FIVE men...instead of 4 hours with 2 or 3 as we agreed. They would have billed me even more for the 2nd truck if I didn't ask about it. At his hourly rate plus hour "travel time" plus fees they would have been way over our agreed upon price even if they DID do it in the 4 hrs. They even billed me for time eating pizza that I provided for them. And finally, they ended up damaging a dresser and when I asked about it they said I never got insurance...what insurance? It was never offered to me before and they answered affirmatively that they had insurance before the move! This industry is filled with dishonest scammers and Price's is no different. BUYER BEWARE! I found them to be very friendly......BUT I allowed them to check the items as they brought them into my apartment. This was clearly not done well. After unpacking I was missing at least 4 boxes of items. After I called them to ask the driver if he noticed anything was not brought in, they never got back to me - even after I contacted them again. IF you use them YOU need to number items as they go out and YOU need to check them off as they are delivered. A little more time and cost but worth it. Price’s handled my move with great care and provided excellent customer service. They were so patient with all my questions and gave me some great packing tips that saved me time, money, and hassle. They provided exceptional packing services too - definitely use them to pack all of your fine china, kitchenware and breakables! I packed most of my stuff myself, but had them do all kitchen and barware, as well as all my pictures and mirrors. Worth every penny! Also, I appreciated that they carefully covered all furniture and flooring to keep everything in perfect condition. Great experience. Highly recommend.

We were highly impressed by Price's and would recommend them to anyone moving. 5 guys arrived promptly on time and hustled throughout the day. They were efficient, funny and polite and I think they each had a moving super power - the strong one, the one good with appliances, the one that can perfectly arrange the truck, etc. Their price quote was slightly higher than others we received, but we were moving a baby grand so that was part of the equation. Moving is a hassle, but this was probably one of the better choices we made.

These guys rock. I was only moving 20 minutes up the road, and I wanted to do as much as possible myself. This was a couple of years ago, but I still remember what a great experience it was: I'd made a list of all the stuff I just couldn't move on my own: a few chairs, a couple of couches, cabinets, bookcases, the usual. That solid oak bookcase was a bear, and that oversized cabinet made of recycled barn wood was no picnic, either. I walked into their little office with my scribbled list, and the owner and I just clicked. "Our first walk-in customer!" He laughed. Here's the thing: he gave me a great estimate, and came out right on time - himself and a couple of other guys. Everything about the way they worked inspired complete confidence. It was a breeze. I never price-shopped, I just had a good feeling - from start to finish. Thanks, guys!

Outstanding service from Colorado Springs to North Carolina! Our first move after 30+ years of military moves. Rich and his team (including John) were professional and friendly. Our move was very professional and we were totally satisfied. They handled all of our belongings with great care, and their packing was better than I have ever seen. They took care of all our possessions as if they were their own, we couldn't have been more pleased. I would definitely hire them again if we ever have another move.

Great experience from beginning to end. The showed up as scheduled and were very professional in moving our furniture of which there are several large antique pieces that cannot be replaced. We left our son in charge and said everything went smoothly. They showed up at our new location as scheduled. They put every box and piece of furniture where we wanted. They even put several pieces back together for us. They took their time and nothing was missing and nothing was damaged. I would use them again if I could and will tell my friends and family to use them for any move.
