Brent is an amazing stylist! He just cut my sons hair a couple days ago and he has been getting many compliments on his hair in a very short period of time! Not only did he take his time with him but the results were amazing in every way! Brent also showed my son and i how to style it and explained why he cut his hair the way that he did! We will definitely be coming back for him to do his hair again! I was shocked when he told us he has only been there for a little over 4 months and didn’t work as a stylist Prior to working at this salon! This has been by far the best haircut he’s ever gotten! Left the place crying after paying almost $200. I wish I would of said something my hair looks awful but I don't like causing a scene. Its two different colors and the placing of the coloring in my hair is so uneven. The hair cut is very off by like two inches from one side to the other. I know nothing about hair so I thought maybe the coloring was supposed to look like that since I was going from a super dark brown to a light color but had many stylists tell me that this doesn't even look professional. Its the first time I've gotten my hair done professionally in years and this is why I'd rather use box hair dye. The stykist was also very rough with my hair to the point it actually hurt.. My youngest daughter has extremely thick and curly hair and it doesn't seem to matter what shampoo and conditioner she uses it always causes build up! I talked to Christys a few weeks ago and she showed me what to get for my daughter's hair and my LORD what a complete difference in just a few days UNBELIEVABLE! Christy reals knew exactly what she was talking about, I'm so happy I stopped in and got her opinion!

I asked for a trim and she cut my hair ridiculously short, please,please listen to your client's and dont just do what you want. It will take months for this idiotic haircut to grow out to a reasonable length. And the problem is it's the store manager. I'm horribly disappointed!!!!!!! Service: Haircut

Have put one star for this location due to the experience that I had there today. Had had gone in to get a haircut and the woman at the front desk ask if I had an appointment. I had said no. She proceeded to tell me that they only accept appointments which I hadn't known but had asked the other woman working there if I can be fitted in between 9:30 and 9:45. But the other woman said no and an appointment needed to be made. I had proceeded to say that I'm sorry but when I last was in there was when the salon first openes back up since this pandemic started. Her words to be exact was " We have always been doing appointments", with a sly tone in her voice. That kind of set me off. Especially when I have been a customer to the Wal-Mart hair salon for almost 15 years, and had always had good service. Plus the woman with the sly remark was actually the same woman that did my hair back in May when they first reopened. Mind you I didn't have a mask on so she might have not recognized me. But if they had taken my info to see who I was or even reworded the remark I may have not gone to someone else to do my hair. Sorry for you to lose a good customer for one bad incident.
