Terrible customer service. Refused to help with a tire blowout near closing time. Customer satisfaction obviously is not the goal of this establishment nor is community relations.

I had a damaged tire on my SUV as I was pulling my camper. The mechanic replaced the tire right in the parking lot without me having to unhook the camper. Great service. Friendly staff. Highly recommend this shop.

I installed a master cylinder on my car but I couldn't get the peddle to stay firm. It would slowly sink to the floor. They charged me $75 and did work on my car but it was in the same condition as when I dropped it off. I complained and the salesman said that, thats the way "these newer cars are". I asked if he was a mechanic, he said "no, just a salesman". I told him he was wrong because I bought the car new and it never did that before. I ended up taking it to a dodge dealer. They take walk ins for service or inspection but there is usually a long wait time so plan on just dropping it off and picking it up later. As a mechanic I think this is an OK place to use but I think they are in it for the money. I understand they are a business and have employees to pay. I do plan on doing business with them again. They are very polite.

If I could give a zero I would! Guy on the phone (Brandon) quoted one price for a service and I even asked him if he was sure it was that price because it took him forever to look it up and he confirmed to me it would be that price and I could bring my car down in the morning. So I do that today and they tell me today that number one they can’t do it today and number two it’s going to cost $150 more than I was quoted and couldn’t honor what price their employee quoted me the previous afternoon….. this was my first experience with this company after ppl rant and rave how good they are… will never go to again

I'm taking our 4 family cars there for past 2 years based on recommendation from a friend. Quality services and tires at reasonable prices. Friendly, courteous staff

A good place to have the essential maintenance of your vehicle performed. The times that I have stopped in for tires, brakes, state inspections, or oil changes the work has been undertaken quickly and professionally. The prices have also been very reasonable. I once had to come back for a tire repair after only a month of driving and the flat tire was fixed quickly at no cost, sometimes getting extra coverage pays off!

I do not take my vehicles anywhere else. Upbeat staff and excellent customer service. They have very great prices on routine and corrective service. They are good at solving complex issues. They keep my Mini Cooper running like a top. Thanks to the Steve Shannon team.

My new favorite place for maintenance. I was told by a dealer's service center that my car wouldn't pass inspection in 6 months; that it needed around $1,000 in brakes, tires and a control arm bushing. I thought it was strange because the tires seem to have plenty of tread; only slightly less than new looking. 6 months later, when it came time for inspection, a friend suggested I get a second quote. I called Steve Shannon and met Tom, one of the nicest, most sincere and genuinely helpful people I've ever met in a repair shop. I asked how much it was going to be for all of the above work, and he said, "Let's first get you in here and see if you even need all of that work." Really?? Why hadn't I thought of that? I took it in toward the end of their day, and they made quick work of a detailed inspection. The verdict. "Your brakes are warped and probably drive you batty when you pulsate toward a stop sign, but they've got plenty of actual life on them. He also said I might consider replacing the bushing, but it's definitely not urgent and certainly passes inspection. And the tires? "Almost like new!" he agreed with me. "I can't imagine why anyone would say it was time to replace them. They have 70% tread left on them. With as few miles as you put on them each year, you'll likely go another couple years!" He did find a problem, however, and promptly fixed it... a lug nut and stud needed replacing. The charge? Around $10. I was in and out in less than an hour with emissions test and inspection sticker. And all for less than $100. I never felt like I was being handed a line, if anything I felt like Tom treated my vehicle (and my funds) the way he would treat his own. I even got a fantastic quote for replacing all of my rotors if/when the pulsating becomes too unbearable (first world problems, right?). I felt like throwing more money at Tom and saying, just do something else wonderful with my car!
