Here's my experience. Walked in to get a basic delta 8 cartridge and battery. Aside from the $55 cartridge, anywhere else is $30. The battery broke in a few days. Turns out they have a 24 hr return policy. Nothing they could do. After telling me nothing gets put on our shelfs unless its stoner approved. Well thats a letdown. Walked out feeling lied to. There is no manufactor warranty. Can't even back their products. Never going there again.

I love the workers go almost 3-5 time a week! My favors of all shops would never go anywhere else! I love the 3 works JOE, JOSE, and BRITTANY!!! Love seeing Brittany on mondays but my favorites are joe and Jose they show me new things every time and teach me new things everyday! I love everyone there! Met the owners several times and I appreciate the free samples I got for coming so much! Thank you guys for making things so easy and fun! ❤️❤️❤️

This business is not just another place to purchase products, but its the type of business where you walk out with more knowledge than you went in with. It’s a place that doesn’t have different prices online versus in store. You’re not forced to hear a lecture, but given professional guidance instead. They willingly set up your device or prep a coil even when you’ve been shown many times before. Who doesn’t love a reward system on top of that? When you’re ready to break up with your old vape shop, go see Jose or Joe. It’s a win/win. Then write about how awesome they are.

Stopped in today on the way home. Exceptionally clean, fun store. Both guys on shift were very knowledgeable and gave great suggestions on their in house juice. Their suggestions taste amazing!!! Will definitely be taking the trip to go back!

Can't NOT recommend them enough. The staff is openly anti LBGTQ. They have the highest prices in the Poconos as far as I saw coming in. Definitely don't think you should come here. Buying online is safer and you won't have a sales person lying to you about "what's best". If your educated on vapes DONT COME HERE! They always know better. 🙄

Very welcoming employees! Great variety. Out of the 3 flavors I've tried from there so far, I am not disappointed! The employees seem to really know what they are doing and are really helpful. I will be shopping here for my vape products again!

First time going to mountain vaporz and I will be making this my go to vape shop. I will go 20 mins out of my way to come here bc they are that awesome. The customer service is incredible 👏 my daughter in law came in with her vape all jacked up and left with everything in tip top shape without hesitation they cleaned and fixed her vape. Anywhere else would have either tried to get her to buy a whole new mod or tell her it's not fixable and they won't touch it bc they don't want to be liable. Both guys were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and wanted to educate you. They definitely made our day!
