DO NOT GO HERE FOR PASSPORT PHOTOS, or anything else really. Would give 0 stars if I could. The person working (seemed to be the only one) had no idea what she was doing, waited 35 min and then finally gave me a terribly was appeared to be photoshopped image. I asked if this fits the specifications because this isn’t my first passport photo experience and the image seemed to include too much of my body and was too far away - the unintelligent person said yes. Fast forward 3 weeks later, the passport processing center said their photo doesn’t even meet specifications. I got a refund for the photo but decided to go to Staples where they are more competent. The photo was taken and in my hands in less than 5 min and it clearly meets the specification ratios. Walgreens should pay for me to resend my application and should probably stop offering a service that they can’t adequately train their employees on. Horrible customer service. I spoke with corporate who said they can’t do anything and that the manager can give me a gift card for the trouble - as if I would EVER step foot in their store ever again. Corporate doesn’t care what the individual stores are doing. It’s sad because I have always preferred Walgreens to CVS. Never again.

Came on Friday to pick up my prescription, said they were gonna have them ready Saturday which they didn't. Came on Monday n had to wait more than an hour to receive my prescription. Service is so SLOWWWW!!!!

We had excellent service from David at this branch of Walgreens pharmacy. I am so happy to see people around you who understand your situation and help you with care . I was dealing with some stuff I got there to able use for monitoring my Health. I got amazing help from him with minimum stress. David ,please train other employees there since we are not only customers, also we are a patients who need help and minimum stress for ourselves. You saved my day ! Great job !

Been coming here for the past 6 years at least twice a week for reason or another. They have a good selection of items for a local corner convenience and drug store. The items are well organized. Any time I've needed something from the pharmacy (maybe four total times) it's been quick and painless.

I ordered my prescription there for the drive thru pick up. I was supposed to receive a 3 month supply of my medication. When I went to go pick it up I only got one month supply of it. I found it unusual because with that medication it’s always a 3 month supply. But I was in a hurry so I left. So I went online to try to refill my prescription since I only have one pill left & it didn’t let me. Luckily I keep all my receipts. So I looked at my receipt for my medication and it said I was supposed to receive a 3 month supply but I didn’t. I called the pharmacy to tell them the situation, they said they had to speak to the manager & see the footage. Mind you I have absolutely no reason to lie, like would I lie about this so I can co pay again for this medication and call my doctor and insurance again? Like come on... so they “looked at the footage” & they said I “received it” because they labeled “three for me”. I asked the manager “did you see her put it in the bag and hand it to me.” She said no. So I said how are you positive she gave it to me. When I got the bag it was stapled and there was just one. So now I have to go oah again for this medication, call my doctor and call my insurance company. Basically if you order your medication there just be very careful and ensure you have all the you were supposed to pick up. UPDATE THEY CALLED MY DOCTOR & said I LOST IT!! Like are you serious? Admit to your mistake and not lie about one of your customers.

Perfect workers! But I’m writing this so I can say the CEOs need to pay their essential workers like they’re essential. They’re working through a pandemic and putting their health at risk. While they themselves or they have family that are immunocompromised. The hoards of panic buyers have generated Walgreens millions of dollars in a matter of seconds across all your stores. Y’all have enough to pay your workers time and a half during these times. Managers y’all need to demand this on behalf of your workers.

Incredibly poor community spirit. I found a used syringe on a public sidewalk, in a location which would have easily been stepped on or picked up by a child. In fact, my own 5 year old neatly stepped on it. Rather than leave it there to harm others, I picked it up to dispose of it properly. As I was close to this Walgreens, I took it here to dispose of it in their sharps container. While the pharmacy has a sharps container they refused to allow me to dispose of the syringe as “it is only for the pharmacy’s use”. This shows abysmal community spirit and service. I implore Walgreens to change their detestable and selfish policy should this situation ever occur again with another member of the public, and I urge shoppers to find a local drug store that actually contributes to its community.
