DO NOT GO HERE FOR PASSPORT PHOTOS, or anything else really. Would give 0 stars if I could. The person working (seemed to be the only one) had no idea what she was doing, waited 35 min and then finally gave me a terribly was appeared to be photoshopped image. I asked if this fits the specifications because this isn’t my first passport photo experience and the image seemed to include too much of my body and was too far away - the unintelligent person said yes. Fast forward 3 weeks later, the passport processing center said their photo doesn’t even meet specifications. I got a refund for the photo but decided to go to Staples where they are more competent. The photo was taken and in my hands in less than 5 min and it clearly meets the specification ratios. Walgreens should pay for me to resend my application and should probably stop offering a service that they can’t adequately train their employees on. Horrible customer service. I spoke with corporate who said they can’t do anything and that the manager can give me a gift card for the trouble - as if I would EVER step foot in their store ever again. Corporate doesn’t care what the individual stores are doing. It’s sad because I have always preferred Walgreens to CVS. Never again. ~Elizabeth

Do not subscribe to a car wash here, if you sell your vehicle, you need to cancel your subscription. I came in 2 weeks ago and told them I needed to cancel. The clerk printed out blank receipt paper and told me to write down my information and the manager would take care of it. Today I was charged another $30. This place is a scam. I now need to go through my bank to report this place. STAY AWAY ~techisage

If you actually want help don't use this CVS and there's never a manager that can help!!! Especially if you're handicapped!!! Ask for help three separate times from pharmacy and then the front all they do is cause me extra unnecessary pain walking around!!! Not one person here knows how to help or provide customer service not one person here actually does their job!! And if you call they just hang up on you! ~Shannon
