DO NOT GO HERE FOR PASSPORT PHOTOS, or anything else really. Would give 0 stars if I could. The person working (seemed to be the only one) had no idea what she was doing, waited 35 min and then finally gave me a terribly was appeared to be photoshopped image. I asked if this fits the specifications because this isn’t my first passport photo experience and the image seemed to include too much of my body and was too far away - the unintelligent person said yes. Fast forward 3 weeks later, the passport processing center said their photo doesn’t even meet specifications.
I got a refund for the photo but decided to go to Staples where they are more competent. The photo was taken and in my hands in less than 5 min and it clearly meets the specification ratios.
Walgreens should pay for me to resend my application and should probably stop offering a service that they can’t adequately train their employees on. Horrible customer service. I spoke with corporate who said they can’t do anything and that the manager can give me a gift card for the trouble - as if I would EVER step foot in their store ever again. Corporate doesn’t care what the individual stores are doing. It’s sad because I have always preferred Walgreens to CVS. Never again. ~Elizabeth
