If you actually want help don't use this CVS and there's never a manager that can help!!! Especially if you're handicapped!!! Ask for help three separate times from pharmacy and then the front all they do is cause me extra unnecessary pain walking around!!! Not one person here knows how to help or provide customer service not one person here actually does their job!! And if you call they just hang up on you!

Rude. Lazy. Needed a tetanus shot and they said sorry going on my lunch in 10 mins come. Ack in 45 mins. Which is crazy, I come an hour later and she is still on her lunch.

The pharmacy employees are very unprofessional this employee is slouching while helping me get my medication seems like she doesn’t like her job on top of that shes not wearing her face mask properly and starts doing other tasks while I wonder when she will find my medication!! While another employee is mumbling to a costumer and when she can’t hear him he removes his mask and yells out. Very unprofessional workers!

Don't trust this pharmacy with your health - I have been using this pharmacy for a year and ONLY ONCE have they had all my scripts ready when I came to pick it up. I am insulin dependent and they frequently delay my scheduled pick up by 1-2 weeks with no communication. I also spoke to Jacob (who was referenced in another review) and he recounted the most recent delay in my insulin script, which was by TWO MONTHS, may be due to a refrigerator breaking down 3 weeks ago... maybe let people who are trusting you with their life saving medications know? And after 3 calls this week which the staff said it would be ready later that day or the next day... If your health needs are demanding, find somewhere else.

This place is absolutely horrible. The pharmacy staff has no clue what they are doing. Their appointment schedule is useless unless you like waiting 30 min past your scheduled time for them to tell you you have to wait longer because they screwed up your vaccination orders. Also giving vaccines to people without a mask in an open setting and no care in the world about others. Unprofessional, unsanitary, unorganized ,understaffed, rude, disrespectful. DO NOT GO HERE, I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY AND MISTREATED!!

I have asthma and I just moved from poway to Vista which forced me to a really deal with pharmacy in this location. I picked up my qvar steroid inhaler which costed me $260 after my insurance paid partial of the cost. My last 40 puffs of this spray is not working. I called on 4/29/21 spoke with RX Mamager, Jacob khesido and advised him with my issue. I was treated very poorly over phone by this individual which he asked me to call the manufacturer of Qvar to report my issue and ignored the fact I bought this from CVS and we paid the balance to CVS. After u complaint about his service, Jacob advised me to stop by on person at his location so he can replace my broken qvar. I stopped by after 15 minutes of my call to this pharmacy. I walked up to pharmacy coumter, asked for Jacob, again he treated me very poorly didn't even make eye contact to acknowledge me or my present. I advised him very calmly about our call we just had and handed my Qvar spray to him for replacement. Jacob refused to assist and quickly contacted security of store for no reason claiming "she is a difficult customer". Security, a blond short hair lady walked up to the counter with a surprise face as she was very confused for the purpose of call meanwhile asking Jacob what is the issue. Again Jacob referred to me as a difficult customer. I explained to the security the gest of story, Jacob responded saying he needs to call the manufacturer himself and wants me out of his store, which didn't make any sense so the security asked him to just call and handle the issue. Jacob walked out of his little cube, didn't have proper face covering on, didn't keep 6 ft. Away, he stood very close to me asking me to move away to another row because he wants to talk privately with me. Which I feel comfortable so I asked the security I don't feel comfortable going anywhere with him,and if any he ca. Discuss it in front if you since he asked for security! Security left the counter because there was nothing for her to do. Jacob kept it very unprofessional raised his voice and loudly announced to everyone that he is not going to resolve it and I can figure it out on my own. There are total of 7 cameras inside the pharmacy, besides the lobby cameras in CVS itself. Jacob refused to give the info for manufacturer or give my inhaler back, he asked his operation manager, Robert Contreras, to call 911! I explained to Robert the issue, and he gave me the qvar info and asked Jacob why he doesn't call, Jacob responded he doesn't want to be because I was a difficult customer. I called the customer relation line placed my complaint and left voicemail for store manager Jennifer Barnet which I was advised by CVS customer service with her information. I was told by customer relation line, agent Gloria, that my meds should've been replaced since it was provided by CVS. She tried calling the store however she was told Jacob is not willing to take the call. I took a picture of Jacob for not wearing proper face covering and will forward to their corporate office. Awaiting for call back from the regional manager to replace my broken qvar spray. I can't express how unprofessional, and rude the staff of this location are. My I've been picking up my meds from CVS locations for years and how I was treated by Jacob the RX manager and operation manager, Robert, I never recommended anyone to go to this location as simply they don't care how urgent some medications are for patients

The pharmacy is very busy and efficient. They are usually quite pleasant and patient with each customer. However, the front staff at this store is really where they shine. There is a lot of crazy stuff going on with every transaction, what with the mile long receipts, extra care programs, in-store promotions etc. It can get very complicated, and almost every one of them will keep their composure during our encounter. They are very helpful. The star for me today was, once again, Nick. This guy has the best attitude ever, is very sincere....his basic goodness shines through. I love dealing with him!
