The service was great. The guys who moved our furniture were friendly and took good care of everything. They didn’t mess around or take short cuts. They were efficient and courteous. A friend recently had a terrible experience with a different moving company which caused me to be anxious about our move and worry we’d have similar problems. This was not the case at all. Mike Moves did a wonderful job! Highly recommend!

Don't ever, ever use this service. Their movers tried leaving the job halfway through, they made us help unload the truck and carry boxes, they damaged a ton of our furniture, and we had to rent a U-Haul to finish the job that we hired them for because they were "in a rush" and didn't want to finish. They seriously didn't pack up and move our bed, our kids bed, and the baby's crib. We basically had to yell at them to go get the bare essentials for us. They really expected a baby to not have a place to sleep, not to mention they broke our bed so bad it had to be replaced. This is an absolutely terrible company.

My dad got moved by them his name is David Beattie. Service was good the movers were nice nothing got damaged. The place got recommended by my uncle and I would even recommend them to other people. And these comebacks to reviews by people that were in the wrong are funny.

Had a good experience with Mike Moves Pittsburgh. The owner of the company is organized and on top of things. He was upfront about the total cost; the amount paid on moving day was exactly as quoted. The moving team of 3 finished the local move in about 2.5 hours (although there is a 3 hour minimum). They were courteous and laid down cardboard inside the home to protect the wood floors. It was a rainy day -- they also took off their muddy shoes when moving furniture upstairs to keep the carpets clean. Overall, it was a smooth move. I recommend this company! Service: Local moving

I used this company two times within the last 2 years. By far the best price around (I called 5 other companies). The guys were hard working and took care of my belongings like they were their own. I had 5 guys and two trucks, and I was very organized and already packed. Make sure to tip the guys well and they will work extra hard for you! I gave each of them half their tip after we loaded, and the other half after they unloaded. Would highly recommend and use again. Services: In-state moving, Local moving

I was very disappointed in the move. My bed was assembled incorrectly and I was without a bed for a few days before Mike fixed the legs on the bed. The walls to my apartment were scratched when the bed was moved upstairs and the bed couldn’t be put in place because the legs were incorrectly installed on the bed. The whole moving experience was terrible and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

I just had a wonderful experience with Mike moves Pittsburgh. My movers never quit working and were able to get the move done professionally in a very good amount of time. They were very concerned about making sure my items were taken care of and that they were all placed in my new apartment exactly where I wanted them. They were early arriving which was great for me and they started working immediately I would highly recommend this company to anyone moving in the area. while I hope I don't have to move again I know who I will call if I do. Very very impressed!
