Mail man has not been delivering my mail. I'm on informed delivery and see what mail I'm to get every day..for a while I would get those pieces of mail the day they were set to come. For the past week bills etc have not been coming. I called and the woman was super rude anytime there's an issue she talks down to me with a bad attitude. I don't know what to do this is important mail.also had issues with packages being given to neighbors etc

We had steph for my children passport.. wonderful young lady and very helpful.. they also open in the weekend so you don't have to take off work.. they don't do this in Morgantown.

Staff of this office have been very supportive and helpful over the last year, I've been having issue with wrong mail and they help me get it taken care of. Mail carriers have been great over in the East Uniontown area even the new hires have been helpful.

This is a great post office location.. The ladies are kind and friendly.. Yes it is busy at times.. But thats life... everyone is trying to do the same thing.. Mail package... So be kind to one another.. and lighten up already..

Somebody paid for 2 day priority to send me a package. Needless to say it didn't get here on time. Very disappointed. They usually ship my packages from the Brownsville post office and they're always on time.

Would love it if the mail carriers actually gave the correct mail to the correct house, understand some are new but if you have a job its a good thing for you to TRY YOUR HARDEST and DO YOUR BEST AT IT!!! Some people spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars on mail they got from online shopping along with mail that has personal information in it!!! It's not a good thought if that went to the wrong address and a non honest person would keep it! They need to do something about some of the people that work for them!!!

Can be busy at times but staff is always friendly and very helpful. I prefer this location to others. Parking can be difficult occasionally. Entrance is a little tricky for individuals with walkers or wheelchairs but once inside it is spacious with no issues. They do offer passports and post office boxes and have shipping supplies and assorted items such as greeting cards and stationary sets. They also have a stamp machine to avoid waiting in line. Open until 6pm M-F and until noon on Sat, closed on Sundays.
