Horrible experience, my family and I like to go to first watch. This location did terrible with customer service, we waited a long time, find out the staff never took us down for a table. There was 5 of us waiting for a table sitting in plain view. Only excuses for their mess up and didn't offer to seat us next. I had to ask them why they didn't notice us sitting in front of their podium waiting for a table. Just very disappointing 😞

Very good health food served here and at all First Watch locations. I had the eggs waffle bacon with a side of their amazing bacon whatever it's called? It was ok, I was hungry. Nice place, parking can be a challenge though. Parking: Parking is limited best to arrive early.

Great atmosphere, excellent breakfast, and service. Inside and outside service. Perfect with group seating. My go to breakfast restaurant. More pricey than some other restaurants but worth it.

This Location is actually the worst. I’ve been to first watches all over the country and everything is horrible at this location. First off all the staff is rude then Took over an hour for food. And that was after waiting two hours for a table. The table next to us actually had their bill come before their food came out. I would not recommend this location.

I love this chain. It’s just that they take way too long to bring you your food. Over an hour wait . People are complaining and staring. The servers are great. It’s not their fault but they shouldn’t be seating people and then making them wait for over an hour for their food. Just not right in my eyes. Esp with having small children.

My favorite brunch/breakfast restaurant. My food was delicious. Their coffee is the best coffee. My friend and I enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere so much. I highly recommend

Great food but nothing like ordering food for pick up and waiting an extra 45 in minutes in store past the pickup time. Love that!! Update: waited another 45 mins in the lobby today past the pick up time.

The customer service is garbage, the food wasn’t not at all good. I will not go to a first watch ever again after my experience with this location.

I've liked this chain since I first ran into it in the Washington DC area over a decade ago. So, I am very pleased to see it expanding in the Pittsburgh area. This location opened in late January 2022 and we got a chance to try it out for breakfast on a Monday morning. The interior has the same decoration style as the Bridgeville location. Being a Monday morning, the place was almost empty which was good for us. The hostess told us that it was mobbed over the weekend so we were happy to have waited. They have an outdoor seating area which will be well used in the warmer and nicer weather days. The menu is the same as all the other location and we took advantage of one of the specials - the pancakes with the extra seeds and nuts - which was excellent; as well as an "oldie but goodie" - the biscuits and gravy - which was also done to perfection. About the only negative comment I have to make is that prices have gotten quite high. For the two of us, breakfast ended up costing $40 which is very pricey. Inflation is really a factor, and $3 per cup of coffee is also quite steep. Oh well. We will still come back and still like the chain.
