I've liked this chain since I first ran into it in the Washington DC area over a decade ago. So, I am very pleased to see it expanding in the Pittsburgh area. This location opened in late January 2022 and we got a chance to try it out for breakfast on a Monday morning. The interior has the same decoration style as the Bridgeville location. Being a Monday morning, the place was almost empty which was good for us. The hostess told us that it was mobbed over the weekend so we were happy to have waited. They have an outdoor seating area which will be well used in the warmer and nicer weather days. The menu is the same as all the other location and we took advantage of one of the specials - the pancakes with the extra seeds and nuts - which was excellent; as well as an "oldie but goodie" - the biscuits and gravy - which was also done to perfection. About the only negative comment I have to make is that prices have gotten quite high. For the two of us, breakfast ended up costing $40 which is very pricey. Inflation is really a factor, and $3 per cup of coffee is also quite steep. Oh well. We will still come back and still like the chain. ~Naor

I had pre ordered a birthday cake here and spoken to the manager and I was VERY clear about the instructions on the phone for the design and writing. When I went today to pick up the cake there were 3 people working and all were very rude and had horrible customer service. Firstly I was not waited on for 10 minutes when there was only one other person in the store. They then told me they could not find the cake and had a lot of other cakes and customers. After another 10 min they finally found it and it was written in all the wrong icing colors and smudge along and to make matters worse in horrible small illegible writing that was jumbled together and had misspelled the name. I told them this was not the design or colors I ordered and one of the girls very rudely snatched the cake back SCRAPED the old writing off and quickly wrote over it in another color icing. To say the least the presentation looked horrible and was completely unacceptable. They then charges me the full amount and said a manager wouldn’t be there until Monday. They were not even willing to own the mistake and provide something to make up for it. DO NOT waste your money here. I was a long time customer here but this place has gone down and the quality is very bad and staff is rude. Save your money and go somewhere else! ~N

We visited the upper st Clair community center today for a birthday party. We were so excited to go , the pool area is amazing ! It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. They also had a large playground that is perfect for kiddos . They had a large gym as well . The pool area was amazing , they have one inside and one outside. They both have fun slides. They also had a hot tub and a lazy river which was tons of fun . ~Arielle

Great hairdresser and cut, but very much overpriced at $25 for a basic haircut. Checked in online, and still had to wait about 15/20 mins once there. The pre-programmed tips are outrageous with the lowest starting at $7. I would always choose other and pay 15-20%. ~R
