I had pre ordered a birthday cake here and spoken to the manager and I was VERY clear about the instructions on the phone for the design and writing. When I went today to pick up the cake there were 3 people working and all were very rude and had horrible customer service. Firstly I was not waited on for 10 minutes when there was only one other person in the store. They then told me they could not find the cake and had a lot of other cakes and customers. After another 10 min they finally found it and it was written in all the wrong icing colors and smudge along and to make matters worse in horrible small illegible writing that was jumbled together and had misspelled the name. I told them this was not the design or colors I ordered and one of the girls very rudely snatched the cake back SCRAPED the old writing off and quickly wrote over it in another color icing. To say the least the presentation looked horrible and was completely unacceptable. They then charges me the full amount and said a manager wouldn’t be there until Monday. They were not even willing to own the mistake and provide something to make up for it. DO NOT waste your money here. I was a long time customer here but this place has gone down and the quality is very bad and staff is rude. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Hard to jack up ice cream. Kids working were wonderful. Easy set up for social distancing. Running smooth on a warm spring Friday night.

Very nice staff and clean facility. I discovered they have stopped making my favorite flavor—daiquiri ice—which is the only reason I ever go. Not their fault though. It’s attached to Dunkin Donuts, so it’s easy for the adults to grab a coffee and the kids can get some ice cream.

The kids, girls, that work here do not want to pack the ice cream when it is available to buy prepackaged. They highly recommend the prepackaged ice cream and when you say you want it freshly packed, they give you an attitude. I wanted the cherry vanilla ice cream in the back and she refused to get it. Terrible customer service. What a shame.

Since I only treat myself to ice cream a few times a year, I was looking forward to this ice cream cone. I ordered a single butter pecan in a sugar cone. The first thing I noticed was how small the scoop was, Brusters are at least twice as big, but that was ok, less calories. But then when I got to the cone, I couldn't believe it was empty! Who wants a cone with no ice cream in it. Very disappointing.

Cool treat to beat the heat with a grandson who had a couple disappointments earlier today. In addition to our cones (& his had gummy bears), the boy picked out an American flag cake. We decided that because Independence Day was two days ago, we'd celebrate the US Women's Soccer Team in the World up Finals v. France to be played tomorrow. Service was exceptional. Young man behind the counter had the perfect demeanor for the job. The Mgr. was kind & made my grandson laugh. Icecream cakes are somewhat pricey there, but we'll have to let you know if it was worth it! USA

Very disorganized. They only had the flavors listed where the ice cream is (way below eye-level). You couldn't see all of the flavors until after you ordered since everyone in line was standing in front of the ice cream (a simple sign listing the flavors would fix this issue).

I ordered a custom ice cream cake online on Feb 13th to pick up on Valentines Day. Baskins called me on Feb 13th at 1:15PM to say they didn't have the ice cream that I ordered and they replaced it with another flavor. I was to call them back if this wasn't sufficient. I called them back at 1:40PM to say that the flavor they replaced it with was the only one my husband didn't care for. They were out of my other favorites so I had to stick with their choice. Checked the internet on the 14th to see what time they opened and it said 11:000AM. Drove to the store to find out their hours changed during the winter and had to go back an hour later. When the cake was picked up they notified us there was an icing malfunction. Looks like the cake was covered with orange ice cream. The only thing that was custom about this cake was the shape. Pretty disappointed!
