Terrible experience. Placed an online order for store pick up and it was cancelled. I called the store and the associate that answered had no idea they even had store pick up and was extremely unhelpful and certainly not knowledgeable about anything. He even gave me the wrong price of what I was looking for. Called customer service to see what happened to my order and they said the associate canceled my order. Customer service wouldn’t redo the order for me so I had to go in the store to purchase my items. They had no clue they were BOGO as it said online. If you’re going to work at a store know what your doing and if you don’t at least be nice and try to be helpful or apologetic. I’ll keep ordering from Amazon.
