Love this little post office !!! The Customer Service people are friendly and efficient; keep the line moving and very knowledgeable in getting patrons from point A to point B. The parking lot is a bit challenging; however, I try to go late night or early morning to get the mail from my PO Box. (I am able to back in the parking spaces when no other cars are there!! My other choice is to walk and no utilize parking). Keep up the Great Service, Whitehall P.O. !!!

On the morning of May 28th 2021 I went in this location to mail off a piece of mail and I messed up. Unfortunately I realized I had messed up the address on the envelope well after the time I dropped it off. So I drove all the way back to the location not knowing what could be done but to my surprise the one of the customer service representatives, Ed, was able to help me. He went well above and beyond his duties and really saved my my day. Every time I go to this location the service is always so fast, courteous, helpful and pleasurable.. Thanks again Ed!

All you need is one conversation with the "Postmaster" to figure out why this particular post office is run with such wild incompetence. They decide not to deliver large and heavy packages, instead opting to mark the delivery as "no safe place for delivery" and give you a slip, and then when you arrive at the post office they are unable to locate the item time and time and time again. Trump may have cut their funding but that does not explain the lack of intelligence on clear display here.

I have a small business and ship packages every other day. Never had a problem and my packages get scanned the same day and out of Whitehall facilities fast. I live somewhere else and by far this is the best. Thank you guys.

Ordered multiple packages (5) from different sellers, at different locations and on different days and usps has failed to deliver a single one. Once the packages reached the Lehigh County/Whitehall area, they get lost “in transit”. Opened a case with Usps on one and was told “it should arrive in a few days” but it had already been a few days (already 6 days past the latest expected delivery) and even more since that call.

I had set a passport appointment a week or two in advance and they tell me 3 days before my appointment that they’re filled for the next week or two? It doesn’t make sense they either have to correct their online appointment system or get their act together. Either way very unprofessional.

Went for a passport application. Woman behind the counter was very quick, rude, uninformative and unhelpful. Misguided me on my form and directed me to fill out portions that were unnecessary. I watched her interact with a few customers, it was easy to tell that she couldn't care less and excelled at making people feel stupid and incompetent. I would rather spend the rest of my day calling different post offices and traveling over all of Lehigh Valley than have to further interact with her.
